Attention corporate i’m not sure what the numbers are but I can give you my word that if you get a new manager that has customer service you guys would probably double the profit. As for now whoever’s running that store is a crapshoot then you have to wonder about the managers boss the corporate sacs of potato’s that don’t lift a finger unless it’s to order Po you guys need to seriously start cleaning house. I was trying to get me aimpact and drill in the cage was locked . I asked three people open it for me. Everyone said they were not associate even though they’re wearing a Home Depot uniform third claimed not to be associate then when I posted the assistant manager, she got on the radio she was about 30 feet from the cage, but she said someone will be with you shortly. Check the cameras out Sunday. 27 August check the tall section I took a crescent wrench with an Allen wrench opened up the cage myself, so no iot to was security by the way? I put everything back together, i’m just curious if you can’t manage a store for staff open up Tool cage When customer had to open the cage without security, noticing what else do need? It’s time to retire. Your going have home depo fire you. In a very appropriate way I confronted the manager on it later on she did not apologize, she got sassy with me.
Scott in mill works did an incredible job handling the transfer of my window bid from another store. This guy needs a raise. Thank you for the outstanding customer service and knowledge you have in this department. I will bring my business here when I can!
When the website says they have something in stock, they have a small percentage, if any, of what I need. The aisles are always stacked with new inventory so that you can’t even get a cart down them to load. If that isn’t the case, then they rudely shut the aisle down as you’re trying to enter to get product, because they don’t believe in sticking shelves when customers aren’t there. Then, you have to wait 30 minutes minimum for the inept fork Lift operator to do his job that he should have done earlier to even get to the product that you want to buy. Shouldn’t selling your product be the priority? You know, since you’re a store…
Placed an online order and paid for same day delivery. I received a order delivered notice but that never happened. Called the poorly executed Help number. The non-local agent attempted to contact the store but the call was never answered. I ended that call and attempted to call the store again. Same result. What lousy customer service.
Had to reorder fridge 3 TIMES due to Home Depot not being truthful!! Now, the are not being truthful on when I will receive call for delivery!! I was initially told I would receive a call THE DAY BEFORE delivery for a 4 hour window, WHICH DID NOT HAPPEN!! Was then told by a supervisor that that was not true and that it was an all-day delivery window the day of deliver and that they would call DAY OF delivery!!! WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE EVER!!!!!!! BUYER BEWARE!!! I will NEVER buy an appliance here again!
This is one of the worst stores for flatbed delivery. They take forever to come out, and they take forever to unload you. The manager really needs to re-evaluate receiving. I've waited almost 2 hours. Any other Home Depot store you deliver to, takes a total of 30 minutes, from the time they come out, to the time they unload you.
Awful experience! I would not recommend their delivery and installation. They delivered and refused to remove old dishwasher or install even thought it was included. He was so rude. Never again will I order from Home Depot. Last time!
I purchased 7 windows from Home Depot and they installed them less than 2 years ago. One of the large picture windows was not flushed properly and it is seriously leaking. Their warranty department will not return a call or schedule an inspection even after 30 days of waiting and several follow ups. Home Depot is not what it used to be... Stay away...
It deeply saddens me to write this review after being a HD customer for 24 years, but the service I experienced at the Pioneer Hills Home Depot was nothing short of a disaster. My consistent and repeated attempts to receive assistance were futile, leaving me navigating the wide aisles and vast product selections like a ship lost at sea. It was evident from the start that the store was critically understaffed. There was a palpable tension in the air, as the few staff members present were noticeably overwhelmed and stretched thin. The most distasteful part of my shopping experience was an encounter with a customer service representative named Alfred. While attempting to return unopened romex wire, I was accused of stealing. The lack of respect and professionalism displayed during this interaction was profoundly disheartening. It appears this behavior is habitual for Alfred, as I've heard similar complaints from other customers. This negative experience drove me to try online shopping from the same Home Depot, hoping for a reprieve. However, the online service was a mere extension of their physical store's inefficiency - my orders were inexplicably cancelled and delayed. Interestingly, this started happening after my encounter with Alfred. Unfortunately, this series of events has eroded my trust in the Pioneer Hills Home Depot. I have decided to take my business elsewhere. I truly hope they take these criticisms to heart and improve their customer service for future patrons.
This place has helpful and knowledgeable OLDER employees that are ready to answer your questions. These are the kind of people who are former tradespeople and experienced home owners who take pride in ownership and have upgraded their own homes. The professionals here will make you nostalgic for the wisdom of a bygone era. They will take you under their wing as if they were helpful parents guiding you on a home improvement safari. It is clean, organized, and have the products you want on the shelves!
