Can't get a sales associate to help you when you do find one they can't help you. You go to a desk try to talk to a manager and they don't know how to get a hold of a manager. Your sales associates need to have more training on helping customers. Please feel free to contact me and I can get into more depth on what happened.

Never really had a problem with Lowe's till my most recent delivery order. Order a bunch of stuff. Told it would deliver next day. Stopped in store and the lady that helped me with my order said she saw it go on the second load. It did not deliver on the set delivery date. Monday is a busy day so I understand. If they would of delivered it Tuesday I would have been fine. I get a call. It's gonna get delivered wed, maybe. I just feel like I'm being messed with. It's gonna be a while before I order from Lowe's again

Joey Belloso helped us with a refrigerator and was great at getting us scheduled for delivery earlier than what the online app was giving us. We bought a fridge that had an offer of a free ice maker, but that was not delivered. When I emailed Joey and let him know the issue, he immediately resolved the problem by setting aside an ice maker at the store for me to pick up - no hassle. It is usually more telling of the quality of a salesperson when something goes wrong and how they resolve it vs when everything goes smoothly. Thank you, Joey, for simply making it happen.

Never shop here for installation. There installation process is completely outdated. Home depot is 1000 times better, I should have gone with them though they said a 2 or 3 day delay. Lowes outsources there installation of Dishwasher to a third party, they give a call one time after 7 PM ( from a number which I ofcourse do not know) the night before the installation, if you do not take it, they reschedule with no notice. Then you need to follow up frustrated on what happened about installation, they would say we rescheduled. That's a such a an archaic process in this digital age, where you get a daily, hourly update on a $50 item ordered on Amazon. You are completely in the dark when you spend thousands of dollars??? It's frustrating!

Skip this store and head down the road to Louisville. I've been in here five times and every time the thing I needed was out of stock. If you try to buy something at the self-serve worth more than ten dollars you need "employee assistance" to approve the sale. That's if you can get the person standing there to stop socializing and actually help you. I walked out leaving a $800 lawn mower sitting at the register because nobody would look up and see me standing there.

Store is generally stocked and not too busy. Employees are average in terms of knowledge for a big box home improvement store. Always slow to find help and check if items are out of stock or in the wrong spot. They have also changed their return policy to be absolutely useless and impossible for most diyers that don't dedicate full time to a project. So I will not really be able to use them for anything large as it takes me time to do projects. Won't even do store credit anymore even though they already have my money

Had an excellent experience with the assistant store manager Steve Frezza, who was so helpful with our sliding glass door purchase after the department head (for doors and windows) had gone for the day. The regular salespeople we asked for help from ran the gamut of “I’ll get someone to help you” but disappeared, to “I’ll try to help you”, but weren’t able to. Steve stopped what he was doing when we stopped by customer service and escorted us back to the department, made the sale seamlessly and scheduled the delivery. All with a smile. I’m so grateful and hope Lowe’s appreciates him.

Wonderful experience! Had a really bad time at Home Depot and decided to give Lowe’s a chance. Not only did people look happy to be at work but everyone was super helpful as well. I asked Jesse for help and he was awesome! Even though flooring wasn’t his department, he still went out of his way to walk me to find what I needed. He really deserves something special because I am shopping here from now on.

I spent quite a while putting in an complex order, then they canceled the entire order marking everything as out of stock. When I called and asked why, apparently the manager had accidentally canceled the whole order because one item was out of stock. The manager didn't have the balls to get on the phone, but the young girl I spoke with said that the only thing I could do was place the entire order again without the one item that is out of stock. No way, im not wasting more of my time on this garbage, I will go somewhere else. Considering that the manager accidentally canceled the whole order, the very least they could have done would be to have put it back in for me.

I hate shopping at Lowe's because of the convoluted, illogical layout of the store but against my better judgement, because I was in a time crunch and they were the closest hardware store, I thought I would just get some elbow length gloves, duct tape, and trash bags for a cleaning project. Easier said than done. You would think the gloves would be with the cleaning supplies, nope. I asked several employees and wasted 20 minutes my time trying to find them but ended up getting frustrated, placing all the items I had gathered at that point down and just walked out of the store and went to Ace Hardware like I should have done in the first place, where they had gloves with the cleaning supplies like it should be.
