"A bit of wait at Customer Service, but friendly, helpful people"
"Bedroom set and furniture damaged due to the thrown furniture on top of it."
"Great location, dog friendly, great staff."
Clean, well organized store with plenty of inventory. Friendly, professional staff and helpful associates. The Halloween section is pretty strong and they have a good selection.
This last experience was a bad one. Generally it is a great experience. Employees tend to be helpful. The paint department in this last visit, couldn’t be bothered to help more than one person, or even acknowledge that people were waiting. Such poor customer service there. But once you were the ONE person, service was great
TERRIBLE!!!! This store has gone downhill over the past couple years. There were boxes, carts ladders in nearly half , no exaggeration, of the isles making it a mess to try and get around. The really aggravating part though is the rude woman working in the paint dept tonight. Undoubtedly the worst customer interaction I have had. EVER. I took one of the stain samples to the desk. Dina I believe her name is, was in no hurry to come help. She made zero eye contact, and than told me I was on the wrong side of the desk. Okay. So I went to the other side. Mind you she has NO other customers. I told her I wanted to get the sample tinted. She told me I shouldn’t have touched it. It makes a bigger mess when customers touch them. That “SHE WOULD PULL IT SO IT WAS RIGHT” and didn’t create more of a problem. She is one of the most disrespectful and mouthy employees I have ever encountered. Do better Home Depot.
Paint department tonight couldn’t be bothered. Employee took more time to stop interacting with me, in order to berate another employee for "missing a staff meeting," instead of focusing on his multiple customers. Didn't listen, made me repeat and correct him for what I was asking for, almost zero eye contact, wasn't helpful when I asked for their supposed expertise on paint brands, and was generally rude. Zero social skills nevermind customer service.
Appliances; only a great deal if they get delivered… Staff at the store were friendly and helpful. We thought we were getting a great deal however, the whole experience was ruined by the delivery and warehouse team. We took multiple days off from work to accommodate the delivery schedule, which they still couldn’t make work. One of the days they even cancelled delivery on us without telling us until we called asking where the driver was. They later forced us to cancel the order due to reaching the maximum allotted time “storing” the appliances in their warehouse. I still shop here, but I’ll never buy something requiring delivery again.
Such an unorganized store. Third time at their garden center this summer and each time I could not find one person to help me load up ten, heavy, bark mulch bags on my cart, let alone assist me with transporting to car. I'm in good shape for a 60 plus year old woman, but zero help despite asking politely. It was always, "we called it in," even though there were several employees watering plants. Going to Lowe's next time. Never again.
This is the worst Home Depot I have ever been in. All of the isle's are filled with junk and you can never find a person to help with anything. The store is really dirty. I wondered around today and found that most of the carts/dollies we're being used by the store to hold stuff and there was one area that I would worry about someone being cut by the junk on the floor. I took pictures. We live in Longmont but usually go out to the Firestone Home Depot.
Good store, I shop here often. However I do wish they would arrange to fix the monstrous pothole on the entrance from southbound Hover. Luckily the Discount Tire store right there can probably help you with your tire damage.
Word to the manager, do something about the 15 dead baby birds hanging above your garden center. Being slammed is not an excuse for these type of practices. I found from hatchling to fledgling to adolescent birds. Some still alive and nobody doing anything about it. This problem has a very simple solution but nobody is doing anything about it. Do the right thing. Fix it.
I often wonder if the store even has a manager, it is so strangely uncared for. So many things are in the wrong bins or constantly out of stock (even when you check the inventory online first to verify it's supposedly IN stock). You can rarely get help when you need it, and there are strikingly long lineups even on a quiet Sunday because they only have two out of the 10 checkouts open. The people who are there are kind and helpful, they just seem to be about 75% understaffed - and this has been true for most of the 18 years I have been reluctantly using this store as a carpenter / homebuilder.
