Bravo, Lowe's!! Our refrigerator died Saturday and in less than 24 hours you had a new one delivered and installed. Nobody else could even come close in delivery time. The guys who delivered were professional, on time and done quickly. Great job!

Lowe's really goes above and beyond! The customer service cannot be beat! Diane Warnock spent a lot of time helping me do some price comparisons for a product I was looking for and really took the time to make sure I got all the information I needed- even remembering allnof my concerns and anticipating my needs! She deserves special commendation and a raise!

DO NOT ORDER ONLINE from this store!!!! Horrendous customer service! Happy to wipe their hands of any issues! Made promises of delivery that never happened because they apparently only have 1 driver. Absolutely awful experience I will never give them my business again!! If there was an option for zero stars they'd get that. I had to call EIGHT times to get ahold of a manager!

Lowes is real hit and miss. I generally prefer HD in general, because picking up items in Lowes always takes forever because of the nonsensical layout that's trying to force you to look at appliances and such. They do tend to have certain things that are nicer, and the lumber seems to be more reliably better.

I bought 2 cans of paint online. The girl at the counter was new so took a minute to find my order. Colors were perfect though and almost seem less.

The associates are friendly. I like exploring the seasonal areas. They are selling clothes too for some reason.

We have been coming to Lowe's for both of our businesses' needs for 12 years. Customer service has been friendly and mostly helpful. They most always have what we are looking for in stock.

Completely horrible service spent plenty of money over the last couple years yet. Customer service is horrible. Unacceptable…. No departments pick up the phone., then you just choose for an associate to pick up the phone. They just put you on hold and hang up on you do not go there.!!! go to Home Depot

Just not as good as Home Depot. Very few employees work here, not helpful. I have a store credit that is attached to my DL number (strange?) and they can’t find it? After 15 min at checkout the guy told me to go up front. I will drive the extra 10 min to go to Home Depot next time
