Summary
"Reasonable prices, great service, good products."
"The rest of the staff could take a few lessons on customer service from her."
"Plenty of parking, good selection, helpful staff."
Consistently good service and good selection. I will say, I did recently have an issue with an employee who was not even remotely knowledgeable about the products being sold, which resulted in spending a decent amount of money and no less than 3 visits back to the store in the same day, but a conversation with a manager was able to solve my problem and ensure I had the right part.
This price should have been honored after loading 8 of them on a cart before noticing HOME DEPOT made a mistake with their sign in front of the wrong size bag for the price.

This place is managed by the most incompetent people. Drove to Loveland from Longmont to pick up items that they said they had. Asked 3 different associates for assistance, was sent to 3 different departments. I did not find what I wanted even though 50 of them were supposed to be in stock, but found something similar. Waited an additional 45mins for someone to take it from the top rack, asked numerous times and was told someone would be there shortly, ended up leaving. I ordered the product online and they deliver the wrong item. Will be going to Lowes from now on.
I helped a friend of mine purchase countertops through Home Depot and the entire experience was a nightmare. The store manager, Danny McCann is a very rude person. He called her ungrateful and made her cry because HD failed to plan her project correctly. So unprofessional.
Absolutely, completely incompetent. Instructions: "Please drop these at the front of the driveway in front of the garage door." How simple could that be. Driveway: Clear of cars all day (and then some) in order to allow them to do this. Where do they set thousands of pounds of quickrete and landscaping stones? How about IN THE MIDDLE OF THE STREET and LITERALLY DUMPED IN THE YARD. Who covered the quickrete with plastic? WE DID, because we DON'T OWN A FORKLIFT and didn't have time to move it before weather came in. I am spending an entire afternoon carrying thousands of pounds of stone by hand in front of my garage because the home depot couldn't be bothered to take the extra thirty seconds to place them somewhere that made sense, let alone where we asked them to set these. Go to Lowes. Go to a local landscaping store or contractor. Go literally anywhere else. How embarrassing.

This whole process has been an absolute disgrace. She’s a total Monet. Don’t look too close. The contractors guys nicked my brand new faucet. Too many issues to count. Lots of things to go in and fix. Over all I wouldn’t recommend Homedepot or the hack job Contractors they use.

Two male employees shouting at a female customer. That was my experience today at this location. Shopping with my dog I passed 'Luis' and his buddy. One employee put his hand out to pet my dog, he didn't ask, but I slowed to let him pet my boy anyway. As I started walking away I was mocked, called selfish, and told that I don't care about my dog. Seriously? It's such a ridiculous situation to have two men yell at me down the main aisle because they didn't get enough of MY dog. Is this acceptable to you HomeDepot? To perpetuate a culture where women aren't welcome in hardware stores OR for any customer to be yelled at for wanting to actually get their shopping done in your stores?
I am a reasonably fit seventy-two-year-old woman.I was at Home Depot in Loveland to buy a 4-foot by 8-foot by three-quarter inch sheet of plywood. While I was struggling to load it on my cart (smashing my little finger in the process) I noticed a Home Depot worker watching me continue to struggle. Before I got the plywood loaded he walked away. Finally I got it loaded. At the check out I asked the old lady cashier if I should have the piece cut before paying...she snapped, "Pay first! Then go straight back there." Her tone relaxed a bit when she told me someone would be there to help. Not a good experience.
Special shout out to appliance specialist Pamela Finnman in Loveland. We went to another Home Improvement Store nearby first...waited half an hour for someone to help us and then was told we would need to wait till July for delivery. Walked in to Loveland Home Depot and had help ordering the induction stove we wanted and it will be delivered in a week. All done in 15 minutes...Pamela Finnman knows her stuff!
It took forever for someone to help us, but once we found someone, he was incredibly helpful.
