Victoria Secrets doesn’t have the kind of selection that they once did. Definitely focused on young girls now. 10 of us were looking for a sales person. 😞

Poorest customer service I’ve received anywhere ever! The skanky looking girl with her underwear hanging out at the front and the homeless looking manager refused to give me their names but I definitely won’t be going back there that’s for sure. Will be filing an official complaint with their direct manager in the morning as well. :)

No staff, checkout was very disorganized and only 1 person. 1 other person was adding stock but not her job. Also, no one to let you in the dressing g rooms.

The staff are super rude, I did not feel welcomed whatsoever. They look at you like you don't belong in there. Horrible experience makes me want to go out of my way to go to a different Victoria Secret.

Smaller store with minimal staff but they do the best with what they have. Very nice and pretty organized

Staff were friendly, but checking out was painstakingly SLOW. Too much chit chat with other customers; trying to make their commission. A friendly “we will be with you in a moment “ would be nice.

I was so impressed with the customer service I got here that I made the time to actually write a review. The associate who greeted me as I came into the store was personable and friendly. But the second associate who helped named Timawas beyond helpful and knowledgeable. I went in there for maybe one bra, but ended up walking out with three because she helped me find with total precision exactly what I wanted. She also gave me tips on how to care for my merchandise that no one has ever taken the time to give me before. I was really impressed.

Unpleasant and unprofessional customer service. I went to the SW Plaza location in Littleton to make an online return of 11 items. The employee (possible supervisor) who was assisting the new hire with my return order was unfriendly. She seemed annoyed that I was returning the items, even though I had the receipt and tags attached. She paged her fellow coworkers 3x instructing them to send customers to the main register and not her station because she was "helping with a very large order with A LOT of items." Not a professional thing to say in front of the customer. I get it, my return order was fairly large. But that's your job, honey. Don't work in a clothing store, especially VS, if it's such a chore. And I would advise setting a better example for your employees.

First time customer and it was a fabulous experience! Josephine ROCKS ! She was working hard as it seems she was the only sales person working the floor most of the day. I know because I came in in the morning then had to leave for an appointment then came back at 6 p.m. and she still appeared to be the only salesperson working the floor and yet she managed to give each customer individualized attention. You could tell that she really wanted to help each person find just the right fit. I didn't know where to start or what size. She measured me and picked out 3 styles. All 3 fit beautifully. She really knows her stuff. These bras are Sooo comfortable. No more department store bras for me. I bought 6 bra's today. I have the pink card and I had coupons because I shop here for my daughter but had never considered shopping here for myself before. Their coupons are really good and so are their sales on bras.

Fatima helped me. She was so fantastic. She helped me with numbers of things and questions that I had. She was super personable and relatable. For sure the best customer service I’ve had anywhere, let alone a Victoria’s Secret. If she’s there while you’re there, you’ll be well taken care of. Thanks again Fatima!!
