The staff was the worst I’ve ever dealt with at Victoria’s secret. They were more interested in being on their phones and looking at themselves in the mirror than helping customers figure out how to find what they are looking for..

I was looking at bras and I did not know my size so I ask one of the workers and she was a bit rude but I let it pass (just a side not i'm a 32A I am very flat) So anyway she measured me and then looked at me and started to laugh saying i'm a 32A and said "theres nothing to do" And said that you are to small that really hurt. And this is a huge struggle for me I have cried about this a lot so if you want support about your size go to another store.

They're always so welcoming! I never feel judged or otherwise disrespected by employees, even when I don't make a purchase. I also appreciate the brand's recent movement towards body inclusivity, most evidenced by their plus-size mannequins. It's expensive, yes, but I consider most of their products to be luxury goods. If you're looking for a bare bones sports bra you can always go to Target. Here, you'll find higher quality goods at higher prices. Whether the price tag is worth the upgrade or not is an entirely personal question, but one I answer with a resounding "yes!"

Shopped here yesterday, girl who was at the check stand was so rude. Just seemed irritated. I paid for the 10cent bag but my items wouldn't fit and I asked for a bigger bag, she said she didn't have bigger one then all of the sudden she pulled out a bigger bag. She didn't really talk but her demeanor was just annoyed. Don't work at a store if you can't provide simple customer service

VS always has staff very helpful and accommodating . I wanted a lounge wear which this store did have the size , and the staff did not know how to locate if other stores had that size in stock and then they didn't have the device to look up the same as well.

I haven't been to Park Meadows Mall in a minute. I went there to pick up something and I couldn't find the store. So I went into Victoria Secrets to get some assistance and to see if they had the Heavenly body spray. The first person I met was Kiana. Kiana you are amazing!!! I enjoyed our conversations! Thank you for making me feel right at home. You were on point. I got the best deal ever. The line started getting long, two cashiers hopped on the cash registers. Every person who worked in that store was amazing 👏! I almost didn't want to leave. Thank you ladies! I've been a customer with Victoria Secrets since I was a young teen and this experience, reminded me why I am a customer with Victoria Secrets...a lifetime customer! Oh and then on a fun note, I was informed that the store that I was looking for was next door 🤣. I guess it was just meant for me to go into Victoria Secrets.

I don't shop here regularly, only when I need a new bra every year or so. I've found VS fits my breast shape best, but cup shapes are pretty inconsistent, my current bra is a 34D and went in for a new one but couldn't find one with a similar cup shape and the scarce unpadded ones I could find didn't even fit right at a 34DD so I gave up
