I agree with the other reviews about the lack of customer service here!! When we walked in, there was 4 employees folding clothes all at the same table. Not one person said hi. Just looked at us. I went straight to the bras and not one person tried to offer me help for the 20 minutes we were in there. When I went to look for someone- no where to be found! I was hoping to try a few on and it looked like fitting rooms were closed. There was blue tape all over the fitting rooms entrance?? Who knows because, again, no one to ask! I felt very unappreciated and unwanted. I left and will never purchase from this VS again.

Only gets 2 stars because of how the employees decided they wanted to profile my children and I. Sure I may be alternative but that is no reason to profile me and is very much so NOT ok to do to my children. I ended up not purchasing for this reason and will never come back.

If I could give negative stars I would. Customer service is dead. Workers are off brand, unprofessional, and clueless. I will no longer be shopping at VS. workers are not friendly, they do not want to help, and annoyed doing their job. Do better! Maybe some training and hiring the right people would be the first step.

Got measured for a bra. I found a bra I liked in that size along with a handful of others. Went into the fitting room and I was falling out of the bra. So I asked the lady what the next half Step Up would be and she told me but did not offer to go and get the new suggested size. And had an attitude like she absolutely hated working. So I got redressed walked over to where the bras were and then got told after trying to find somebody that they don't even carry triple D in stock. So I tried on a few more bras with none of them actually fitting great. I got frustrated walked out went to Macy's and found something that is super comfortable for a third of the price within 5 minutes.

Very clean and nicely organized. Some places can get really chaotic but they do a good job here. Helpful and friendly employees.

This store has no customer service. The staff is unprofessional and the shopping experience is not pleasant. I went in to return a website order and the girl running the front counter was chewing gum and it was hanging out of her mouth when she was talking to me. She whispered and I could not hear her and she got annoyed when I told her to speak up. She said she was sick and completely rude. I told the manager and she is not any better. This store needs work in customer service and professional development.

My girlfriend and I have been shopping here for about 30 minutes and none of the workers have approached us. They’ve looked our way. Just really weird vibes. I would avoid this place.

Employees were beyond rude was being ignored since the moment we walked they were to busy talking to each other then dealing with customers. Felt like a inconvenience when asking for assistance then got the bare minimum for help. On top of that the store was disgusting fitting room had stains trash and crumbs all over and the drawers that had different size bras and underwear were so cluttered couldn’t even shut them once opened and goodluck trying to find the right size in the right spot.

I love this store and everything was up to 75% off🤑

Staff was friendly need more bras with out so much h padding.
