I went there with my wife, shame on me for not reading the fine print. When I got home I noticed that when I thought I was buying $5 panties?they were $13. Apparently I needed to buy it an additional bra om top of the one I already bought to get that deal.

I love Victoria's secret, very good products that last a long time! On a Thursday evening I went to replace a bra that I've had for years from VS. Unfortunately I was there for 30 minutes, and also before close. (Used to close @ 9pm but now it's 8pm?) I understand the desire to go home after a long day. But I probably would have made a purchase, and tipped some cash if somebody would have helped me with some measurements. I was also the only patron in the store with 4 clerks. I was checked on alot, but no help was offered even after I asked for help from multiple clerks and the manager. I was told to come back in the morning, and that they couldn't save the bra I wanted over night. Very inconvenient for me because I work mornings. Just negative vibes all around. :/ Great store! Just wish the clerks where just as helpful as they are supposed to be.

VS is always great. I will say that the customer service at the Mesa Mall is really good, these ladies are on top of their job and don't act pretentious or pushy, just helpful and happy! Always enjoy a trip to VS, enjoy that they give you a coupon and that you can use multiples. Their sales are great, the store is always clean and organized and it smells freaking awesome! Love!

They had a good selection... but the fitting rooms were disgusting. The floors looked like they hadn't been vacuum or mopped in a very long time. There was no chair or place to put my things on, and not a single hook that didn't need a hanger. Next time I will just buy without trying on and return if it doesn't fit.

So helpful! Never really have my size but the other day a lady helped me find the only bra in my size!! She searched in every drawer! It took her 20 mins but she found one, so thank u 💓

Always friendly staff, very helpful. I stopped in during a large sale and even with a large crowd someone stopped to over me help finding my size. The deals are always pretty good! The front of the store does have a strong perfume odor due to all the lotions and perfumes. I have heard people comment on this before. Personally I have never had any issues.

Very friendly and helpful staff. After 8 years of child bearing and nursing for most of that time I needed to be measured. The staff was very understanding and helpful and made me feel comfortable. The quality of the bra I got is very good.

I took my wife here and she had lost a lot of weight recently, they were great the sales woman took the time with her measured her and helped her select a bunch of things that made her look and feel great. She is happy I am happy and we will be going back again!!

I love this store! Always has fun promotions going on and free items you can get with a purchase. Customer service is great there no matter what you'll always be able to get some help. When you go in ask for Tara or Brenda! More than likely they will find you.

Love their bras, only place we can give good quality that lasts longer than a few months. Staff is helpful at times, others you can't find someone to let you in a fitting room. Bras are over priced, love the freebies.
