Always a fun time getting to look around Spencer's!

It's a spencers so it is a bit of a mess, but what got me is the cashier was super sweet to my friend and rude to me. I just asked if that was all the nails they had in the store and lil miss was annoyed with me and then did not say a single word to me as I checked out. It was so weird and awkward, if she would have been standoffish to my friend and me then I would have assumed a bad day or that's just her personality. Idk def weird vibe after that

Extremely disappointed and dissatisfied with piercing rings. Made to fail! Spent 20 on one set. No screw tops only these inserts that fall out constantly. Won't be back

Lots of young people steeling. Poor staff on guard every second. Needs better security. Long waits at check out. Not enough employees to busy baby sitting.

I lost my receipt but Jayde was extremely helpful and was super nice. She was really friendly and helped me find everything.

This store is a classic to any mall. But this one in Mesa Mall has some of the best staff Ive ran into. They are helpful and friendly. They really make you want to shop there.

Not a good kid store but they have so many unique and fun things!

The selection and most of the staff are great, but the older lady, deena I think, could use a refresher course in customer service. I asked about some body jewelry and she acted like I was bothering her. I don't think I'll shop there anymore as long as she works there.

Found gifts for the hard to shop, but brilliant sense of humour family members. Staff was very helpful, and checked backstock for us.

Spencer’s has been a favorite store of mine for many years up until recently. The majority of the workers are very attentive and kind where as the older lady acts as though you are a nuisance, is very insensitive when it comes to when shopping for plus size items such as lingerie, and overall lacks in customer service. Not sure I will be shopping there again.
