very inappropriate behavior from two cashiers on a saturday night. the two employees were arguing amongst each other while checking out customers. Cuss words and derogatory language were used towards each other which were clearly making several customers uncomfortable and angry. I wanted to speak with a manager to let them know about the employees behavior but one cashier said there wasn’t one on staff that night. This will be the last time i will go to this store i’ll drive out of my way to make sure i go to another VS because i was very offended by the behavior that took place. Very sad that they couldn’t take their personal disagreements behind closed doors and had to do it in front of paying customers. Wish i could give this store zero stars!

I wish I could remember the lady that helped us, but I took my daughter in to be properly sized for a bra. The lady that assisted us was so nice and helpful. After she got the measurements, she helped my daughter find the perfect bra. Hands down the best experience I've ever had in a Victoria's Secret.

Honestly this was the worst experience I've ever had in a Victoria's secret enough for me to never shop here again. The workers had a rude attitude also seemed like they were utterly confused about what they were even doing. I ordered stuff online and used a coupon i had. When i got to the store to pick up there was only one pair of leggings when there should have been two. The reason i did store pick up was to literally avoid all of this. Apparently one of the leggings wasn't the color i ordered (although it was the exact same color) they just decided to refund me for them without maybe waiting to see if I'd like a different color or the color i ordered initially. Doing so voided half of the amount of my coupon (the entire reason i made this purchase) Overall i ended up paying more just to have the leggings i initially ordered, having to wait to get refunded for the one pair they refunded without asking. I'm just annoyed, the workers weren't very helpful and in all honesty need training on in store pick up orders. Will never be shopping at this location ever again.

Stephanie help me a lot. Great customer Service and she really listened to what I needed. Just wanted to get a good bra or 2, She went above and beyond to find the size that I needed! That is what amazing workers are and they should be payed more and appreciated! Thank you Stephanie! 😊

All of the workers were super friendly except for one. She kept following me around and accused me of stealing after I paid. I don’t remember her name but I know that she had curly hair and was on the shorter side. RUDE

I had never been in this store and it was like being in a bargain basement store! Things were everywhere as people went digging in different bins and mixing things up. The staff isn't much help as they stand back and just watch you while speaking Spanish with each other (and I speak Spanish). I felt like I was in a Victoria's Secret in Mexico! As I said, I am also Latinx but enjoy a variety of different people working in stores. It was very small and didn't offer a big enough variety, especially for all adult ages. Older people wear intimate attire also!

Great deal horrible staff. I asked to be measured because my last order online were too big. So 34a went to 32DD I was like are you sure she picked it up and was like yeah great coverage 😦 ...the manager even worse I set my phone down could not find it she would not honor the coupon for 50 off 200 I was like seriously I obviously know about it. She was so rude I will never go back there because of her.

I got followed around my a heavy set associate, think her names Samantha. Super rude

So disappointed. I am a huge VS shopper I even have the vs credit card so that should say something. I went in today to do an exchange I received a gift and it didn't fit. This was by far the worse customer service I've have ever received EVER.. the cashier was rude, the other girls on the floor were more preoccupied about talking to eachother then the customer. I was so disappointed with my service that i didn't even do any other shopping and i had my yearly gift as well as some other coupons for being a cardholder. Management needs more involvement here. I usually try to look for the best and not leave negative comments but impossible to do so here there was no positive.

The greeter she's super nice I didn't get her name but visited today 11/21 around 3pm. She was the only one who seemed to care or question if we needed help. The girls fixing the clothes were no help and the blonde cashier is rude. I asked her a question and she just starred as if I was crazy due to pricing in store vs pricing online. Flat irons mall VS is better all around compared to Aurora Mall VS.
