Great store with great variety of items to shop from. Have great deals on their clothes, though some are a bit pricey.

Macy's had a wide variety of sales from 25 to 70% off. The staff was really helpful. I haven't shopped there in many years but I would like to go back now

They have some great Mother's Day deals going on! I restocked all my Estee Lauder essentials for a smoking price and got a few promotional freebies too. Such a great shopping 🛍 experience.

Macy's has a strange debt payment policy. I tried to pay bill on web, web showed my wife's debt as zero. At the same time paper bill had a positive number in this column. When my son tried to find the reason, call took more than an hour,, he was switched to "other department" three times and the only answer we''ve got was that her card is closed because of bankruptcy, at the same time she has never got any bankruptcy, but nobody was able to explain why her record is closed. At the same time she used her card up to last month without any problems or limitations, just paid it every time in person in the store. That what we did yesterday with many problems because she had COVID and has heart problem now I should say that Macy's service doesn't work properly, at the same time service in the store we visited yesterday was perfect. I advised her not to use their credit and pay by bank card, I am able to pay through web.

The women who work in the fragrance department are patronizing and unwelcoming. This is the CONSISTENT atmosphere. I asked for a sample of the Tiffany love and was told they don’t have samples. She was mid 50s, Spanish with a short haircut like a bob. As I opened up my bag after purchasing the fragrance I realized the woman who rang me up put a sample in there. These women are liars. I’m going to taking my business to Dillards moving forward. I spend too much money in Macys fragrance departments to be treated like I’m impoverished and inferior.

Staff is rude uppity think Mexicans can't afford to shop there. I was immediately followed once in the store lol

They are good. You will find some great brands and perfume collections.

My favorite place to shop. When they have sales it is almost giveaway prices. Took away 1 star not enough cashiers in store. Easy parking even when its holiday time .

Awesome, went for bedding pillow 's and found just what I was looking for. Customer service was very helpful, kind and friendly. Price was just right and will be back again for some of my shopping needs, 🌹 💕 Thanks *Macy's Appreciate your Professionalism/Blessings to All.

The prices are marked up really high, so when a person checks it on the self help price scanner, if the person does not know, they think they saved a whole bunch. Then, I have to remember, Inflation. I still don't like the store trying to make me think I got a great deal because that "sale" price is the actual price anyway. The "clearance" prices are a joke to. The only saving grace this trip was the cashier. Really thick accent and definitely not born in the USA. Very friendly and a little loopy, but in a cute way. She wanted to wrap my son's box of pots and pans in a dress bag. 😂
