We worked with Luke who spent a lot of time working with us. He is knowledgeable and we could tell he takes pride in his work. Luke was a pleasure to work with and always friendly and eager to answer our questions or concerns. We absolutely love how the mantles turned out. We chose reclaimed wood from an old barn and not only did it turn out beautifully, we now have a piece of history in our home.

Fantastic place. Wonderful customer service. We were able to find a perfect piece that we're going to turn into our new fireplace mantel, and we know around what time period it's from since the staff is so knowledgeable. Also, their prices are incredible!

Excellent experience. Several employees showed us around, explained all the different materials to us, project uses, etc. Definitely check out what they’ve done with their restroom too, super cool! Got the creative wheels spinning & We will definitely be back.

Great selection and pricing. Friendly and knowledgeable staff. They will be my go-to for future projects with reclaimed lumber. Found some nice old pine boards that I used for shelving.. sanded them down, but made sure to leave the circular sawmill marking.. then finished it with odies to make that pine woodgrain pop!

The owner greeted us with friendly outstanding customer service and he was super helpful. The shop is clean with samples of different woods, stains, and other products displayed. Excellent prices and quality woods.

I recently moved into a new home and was going to paint an accent wall. After weeks of going back and forth on colors to chose, I remembered Front Range Timber from passing by it multiple times for work. A friend of mine has done two reclaimed wood projects (a wall and a headboard) and I loved the look. The gang at Front Range Timber were very helpful and friendly! I knew little about the process of picking out "the right" type and color and size, but knew a little about install and building. The guys told me all about the woods, colors, and how some people do it this way or that, then they helped me mark out my space on the floor so I could simply lay out all the wood to make sure I had enough for the project and it would fit. They recommended doing the same thing at home to visualize the pattern/sizing/etc. It worked out amazing! I am in love with my living room again and have a terrific wall to enjoy.

We are complete novices when it comes to home projects and woodwork, but all the staff we interacted with were super kind and helpful. It’s always a bit intimidating dealing with experts in a field when you don’t know the lingo and are starting from the beginning, but they were amazing answering all our questions patiently, offering tips we didn’t even know we needed, and just educating us. Front Range Timber has been one of the best experiences I've had at any business. My order was small and I would have completely understood if it was a low priority for FRT but that was not the case at all. Greg was very helpful in choosing lumber for my project and was able to have it ready for me quicker than I would have expected. The finish he recommended was perfect for what I needed and I couldn't be happier with the outcome.
