Very helpful and walked me though the process as a first time customer. I was nervous due to some of the other reviews but it was easy and delivery was very reasonable.

Do not shop here unless you like to be belittled! Tried to "shop local" but this isn't the place!! Do not Recommend Ever!

Unless you know EXACTLY what you want or need do not go. The gentleman at the desk is in a customer service role and acts as if questions are an inconvenience. You drive around to the yard and are expected to go find the material in a yard you have no idea the layout of. Drive the additional 10 miles and go somewhere else, you'll thank me later.

Terrible experience. Ordered four smooth solid core doors. Two of the four doors were delivered with damage. I offered a solution of some form of credit if I pay my contractor to repair or have them exchange the doors. They replied that neither was ok with them and did not offer another solution.

Called about ordering some kitchen cabinet doors, and was told that the person that handled this was off that day. I left a that person a message stating why I was calling, and left my name and number for a call back. I never received a return call, so I called back about a week later. I and was treated rudely and talked down to by some employee named Cal. I will be ordering them elsewhere.

Don't recommend for any homeowner. Visited on a weekday and was the only person in the store. Staff was unfriendly and we more interested in their computer screen versus answering a few questions surrounding a deck project I was working on.

Super helpful and friendly local lumber supply. They've got folks on the yard to help load and free delivery. Happy to drive east for the excellent customer service that cannot be found at a certain other local lumber store to the northwest.

Worst customer service ever. I bought a post hole digger from this company and was told there was a warranty. When the post hole digger broke I brought it back in for warranty not even a year later. Then I was told there was no warranty on that product. I would never recommend this company to anyone ever! There lumber is also overpriced as well!

They are knowledgeable and offer a lot of lumber products. Pretty much anything you need.They are also kind and helpful. Frustrated picking through the leftover scabs (which are usually stacked on top of the good stuff) at Home Depot or Lowes? Drive to Lafayette and get the best lumber and get it loaded for free! Better yet order your lumber and have it delivered to your jobsite... FREE! Love this company... I'll be a lifer
