Had an amazing and very educational experience with the customer service manager, Sean, and was extremely impressed with their dedication to helping out someone who knows so little about their craft. Really awesome workers, amazing service and sick guitars!

Shawn, one of the employees helped me solve a technical issue with my RC 505. He spent the time to help me research how to troubleshoot what was happening. This makes shopping a guitar Center. Much more pleasurable then just buying something on Amazon. I will continue to use them for this good experience.

I've purchased a guitar, amp, and drum machine (+ odds and ends) here. The staff is consistently helpful and very knowledgeable. I started guitar lessons here this summer, as an adult beginner. Ethan B was really great at helping me determine the right instructor, and I've had a terrific time learning with Derek P. Thanks guys!

Went in tonight to pick up some strings for my bass, but ran into some trouble with my Guitar Center card. Sean and Malcolm helped me out and got everything taken care of. Above and beyond, excellent customer service! I would leave more than five stars if I could.

George is new manager there. Between him and Sean you will be well taken care of. George spent a lot of time with me chatting guitars, not trying to make the sale by trying to help me find the best fit. Great experience!

Sean was fantastic. He answered every question I had (and there were many) thoroughly and with enthusiasm. I'm brand new to guitar and I was a little intimidated to come into the store. I left feeling comfortable with my final decisions and that I got good value for my purchases. I recommend Sean for sure!

I haven't purchased much from this location though I've lived in the area for awhile. I wanted to check out the new Bose S1 Pro+ to see if it's worth the purchase. I talked with Sabato at the store and he was happy to pull one from the back, open it up and let me play through it for a bit. He sat with me for awhile as we both learned a few new elements about the system and he even let me hook a mic up to it so I could really get a sense of what this thing can do for both guitar and vocals. I was pretty blown away by the system due to its size and hadn't really planned on purchasing it that day, but it just sounded so good and I really got the help I needed to make a decision from Sabato. This store is great and the new rig is awesome; definitely a wonderful buying experience!

Today I brought my 12 string Fender acoustic to have the guitar tech look at the bridge they glued 9 months ago. It came up worse than when I brought it to them for repair. He blamed it on me and the environment I kept it in. I assured him it was kept in a hard case next to my 7 other guitars, my mandolin and my fiddle. They all are ok and could it be a bad repair job on the 12 string? He said I insulted him and refused to try and fix it. He walked away from me and refused to talk to me. Someone that is this sensitive either knows they screwed up the $253 repair or just needs a new career. I've spent thousands of dollars at this center and 1 sensitive ahole employee makes me feel that my money will go elsewhere. Are you still feeling insulted ? Well,you should. You insulted your profession.

Wanted to post a giant shout out to George (the manager that was on shift) at this Guitar Center. I was relatively deflated and bummed out with the issue I was having and he encouraged light-hearted humor and laughter to alleviate the frustration of my unfortunate situation. Watching George walk around the store and engage with customers and coworkers made me know just how passionate he was at holding everything and everyone in its/their best interest and integrity, and going out of his way to make it a pleasant and fun experience for everyone around. Deeply grateful for the outward extended palm of help, and also a shoutout to Gabriella for being a sweet assistant in my time there. I’ll be coming back and recommending this location to Kin. Thankyou thankyou!
