After driving to several closed Fed Ex locations that were advertised as being open until 8pm, I went in to this Office Depot tonight about 15 minutes before closing. I was hoping to make a large sized copy of a drawing I made, but I was worried it’d be too late. An employee named Tate was my hero tonight though, they gave me all the help and patience I needed to get my print made. Most people would have just told me to come back the next day, but because Tate, (and Pierce I believe his name is) I’m able to start my project tonight. I truly appreciate you Tate, thank you for being so considerate and helpful!

Tate helped us out with an emergency print of 500 pieces, it was a tall ask and even included some custom prints that Tate went the extra mile on to get the job done. They came out great and I really can’t recommend their print store enough after the service we received. Thanks, Tate!

I visited Office Depot in Fort Collins, CO. I was greeted warmly when I entered. The gentleman that waited on me couldn't have been nicer. He's a real people person. Smiling all the time. It was a good experience for me. I got what I needed and felt they were interested in helping. I gave 5 stars because you don't get that kind of customer service these days. I will always return to this store when I am in need of what they have. It was a good day.

This store is SO good, I can’t believe I ever shopped at Best Buy. Live and learn. Specific shout-outs to Jerry, Jonah, and Isavel for helping me with a massive company project and then later helping me find a lost receipt. They are a class-act over there. Should have a 10 star option…..

I I worked with two different Office Depot customer representatives who gave me great customer service. Their names were Tate and Jonah. Both of them were very helpful and went the extra mile. However, one of the managers named Gavin was very rude to me to the point that both of the other employees were embarrassed and went above and beyond to help me with my order. It’s very clear that this store is short handed in help with a very inexperienced and overwhelmed manager. If these 2 other employees hasn’t stepped in to help me out it would be the last time I would do business at this store. Thank you Tate and Jonah. Gavin needs to be replaced and probably let go at this point.

I work for CSU and had questions about a specific purchase. I called and asked to speak with a manager/ask if there was a better time for me to call back and speak with one. He said “speaking” so I proceeded to explain the situation and ask a couple of clarifying questions. He hung up on me mid sentence. Will not be going here for anything else. Immediately called Staples instead to ask the same question and they were friendly and helpful.
