Garrett T is a great representative for Staples. When I went in this afternoon, he was busy with something else, but he stopped immediately and helped me. He was very polite and did a great job with my project. I also heard him with other customers, and he showed the same kindness to them.

Jonathan at the Staples in Fort Collins! You better keep him around, Staples! He is awesome! Knowledgeable and kind! I worked with him in the store(Corbett/Harmony) and he was so helpful and patient and made sure I was getting the best product(which was baby shower stuff so not too exciting I’m sure!)! I don’t like writing poor reviews but this staples has really fallen off. Every time I go there they don’t have what I need and the staff, I hate to say it, is less than desirable to work with. The final straw was awhile back I bought an office chair, the salesmen at the front desk was trying to push an offer they were running that if you purchased this in store warranty, all you have to do is bring the chair back, show them the warranty and they would give you a new chair if yours was broken. He literally said “you can bring back and torn up shell of a chair and we will give you a new one”. Well I brought the chair back, showed them the receipt of the warranty and the guy at the front desk couldn’t be bothered by me, even though there was like 3 people in the store. He treated me poorly and tossed me a pamphlet for a phone number to call for warranty’s on computers. I don’t mind that either the first person who sold me a fake warranty was wrong or the guy tossing me a computer pamphlet was wrong, the most difficult part was the guy treated me poorly and didn’t have the time of day for me. A trend that, sadly, I’m starting to see happen here often. Save yourself some time and get your office supplies elsewhere.

I love this particular Staples store. Every time I exit the sliding glass doors invariably I’m greeted with a cheery hello from one of the employees. It’s easy to find help while shopping. The staff goes the extra mile to make sure all my questions are answered about new products as well as other items on the floor. Parking is always available.
I have been printing a calendar with staples every month for the past two years for a nursing home for my activities department and it always costs me $13 and today the manager called me and told me I could no longer print it for $12 that it would now be $60. He was short and rude . Printed the same thing at Office Depot for $12 .. guess I will start priming there every month instead

Staples says all over the store and online that they have "Easy Returns", but nothing about my return in this store was easy. Technology returns are 14 days and I was within my 14 days of when I received the item in the mail. But since I ordered it 5 days prior, they went by my order date. Refused to return or even discuss it. I had to call Staples help desk, spend 30 more minutes on the phone with them to get it returned. You'd think these stores would be more flexible right now, but apparently not.
Never, ever, ever order anything for delivery from this company. Two days they have wasted my time and cost me more money than my item is even worth. They continue to refuse to deliver my item and are now refusing to cancel my order and return my money. This is not okay. Period. Update: After having to contact 5 different people, I finally got my return request completed. However I received an email stating my item was "lost" then "out of stock". So they made me wait three days for an item they lost and couldn't even actually deliver to me. This company can't even update their shipping statuses as one page states my item is still shipped, and another states it's out for delivery. For your own sanity, never order anything from Staples.
I went to this store on Feb 17, 2020 (President's Day) and was really impressed with 2 employees: Josh & Bruce Staples was having an home office chair sale, which is what brought me in. The first employee (Josh) helped me pick out a durable, attractive and comfortable chair at a great value, the LazyBoy Arcadian chair. Josh was professional, knowledgeable, responsive, friendly and very helpful. In addition to all of that, he had great a great attitude and customer service skills. After checking me out at the counter he put the chair on a dolly and loaded it into the back of my car. The other employee, Bruce, was very helpful in delivering a replacement arm-rest plus parts to my home merely hours later no questions asked. I needed a replacement arm-rest because the leather on the arm-rest was noticeably scraped/frayed. It was clearly due to manufacturer damage as it was like that straight out of the box. Both associates far exceeded my expectations. I'll be back to Staples for all of my home office and business supply needs. Thank you for providing great customer service gents in an era that for the most part it's mostly non-existent.
Customer service was unacceptably poor and rude! We went in looking for a simple product and were met with disregard and a feeling that we were putting the employees out of their way. Not to mention the cashier was equally as rude. I was disappointed in the lack of helpfulness, and especially in the cleanliness of the store; it was a complete mess! You might think that being in the middle of a pandemic would encourage them to present with a clean store, but it was the exact opposite. I will never choose to shop at Staples again. If you've read this far, the Office Depot in town is MUCH cleaner, friendlier, and has quality products.
Apparently a self-service store! In twenty minutes time, absolutely no one on the sales floor. The young cashier was friendly but content to ignore the customer. After ten minutes of searching for the right item, I decided to see if anyone would show up. Never did. Ultimately found the product, stuffed back on a shelf. The floor price turned out to be better than the advertised price, otherwise this with be one star. At checkout I asked if there were any other employees in the store. "Oh there are others" was the reply. I hope they were accomplishing great things while out of sight.
