I wanted to purchase an inexpensive Laser Printer as a backup to my color ink printer. I looked online, found a compatible printer for both windows and mac and then went to the store to purchase it. I was in and out of the store in under 6 minutes! Thanks for the great shopping experience!

Came here hoping to find a smartphone mount when the lady asked what I was looking for the response and attitude was far from helpful. A simple “I don’t think we carry those.” would have sufficed and without the “your wasting my time” attitude would’ve been so much better. Not a store I want to go back to.

Aaron in the Print Center was patient & helped with my order to get it to look perfect. Great communication & turn around time.

Hats off to the older gentleman than made sure my final product was to my expectations. I didn’t grab his name but I was sure to thank him in person as well. I came by Saturday to pick up my project originally and it wasn’t cut to my liking. I was having a bad day and let my temperament get the best of me. The gentleman did his best to fix it same day but made arrangements with me to get it fixed properly as he couldn’t get it to my liking. I came back in today and they had it ready to go in perfect condition. Thank you x a million for hearing my frustrations and making it right.

Selection is sometimes hit-or-miss but the pricing is pretty good, especially if you hit one of their sales. I've had great experiences with customer service.

The store has friendly, helpful staff and usually what I want without waiting for a "truck" to deliver.

Each time I need printing, copying or other services completed at the Highlands Ranch OfficeMax, it is a great experience. We do a fair amount of printing and document creation for our high school's PTO, and the associates always do a phenomenal job with each request! They offer a wide variety of services, and the staff is knowledgeable and willing to help every time.

Caitlyn Weaver is an outstanding employee providing excellent service on every visit in Print Services. I've had consistently great service and she has handled my print needs timely, accurately and with utmost courtesy. Products have always been in stock for my needs, and service incredible!
