    Had an appt. for oil change & tire rotation on a service contract. I was told they were running a little behind and I let them know I was waiting. 1 hour and 45 min. later my car was ready. Then I was told that my service contract had expire 75 miles ago and I was expected to pay for the service. I was not informed before the service. I was not told when they started the service, I was just expected to pay for it. I told them I was going to give them a bad review because this was a dishonest practice. Then they back off and waived the fee this time so I wouldn't give them a bad review. They BUY/BRIBE all of their good reviews. We bought our car at this dealership and had all the service done here because of the service contract. They have made so many mistakes from the beginning of the sales experience all the way through the end of the service contract. I love our Ford but this dealership is the worst I have ever dealt with.

    The salesmen and sale experience were fine. Trying to get in contact with people over there is a hot mess. Everytime I need something serviced my experience is AWFUL. Went in to get my tires rotated. Told them they sold the vehicle with locking lugnuts (keys not provided) and they'd have to take them off. Got the call the vehicle was ready and locking lugnuts were still on. Nobody has the key, they were to break them off. Instead they told me they did the job and obviously did nothing. I stood there while they checked surveillance cameras and sure enough the technician did not rotate the tires. Now needing other warranty work done, I've called the dealership at least 5 times today and got transfered about 2-3 times per call, left a call back 3 of those times and not once have I received a call back. My biggest regret is purchasing the warranty. I would HANDS DOWN take my vehicle elsewhere for service!

    Went in for an oil change. They had one very angry guy working behind the counter that wouldn't acknowledge that there were people waiting in line for service. And two kids wandering around looking dumber than a box of rocks. I get it we are all busy and short handed these days but a "someone will be with you in a moment" is just good customer service.

    Was told that during the week only could make an appt for an oil change. Made an appt. For 1 p.m. dropped vehicle off at 12 called around 2:45 and my car would be ride in half an hour. So 3:30 p.m. is when i got into my vehicle. I dont understand what the point of an appt is if it still takes 2 hours to give me an oil change. I have a better chance going to Brighton where its a first come first serve kind of deal or a saturday morning where it only takes 30-45 minutes. That was definitely ridiculous. Then their staff seemed like it was no big deal.

    Pretty awesome variety and extremely average service dept. my brother bought a new truck there too. Said he will never come back for an 8 hour oil change ever again I tend to find it to be the same for me too. Not 8 hours but scheduled appts tend to mean nothing as I can find

    We bought our truck in January and we have had it in the shop more times than not. Every time we turn around something else happens and we’re back in there. I also don’t feel that their sales team is not the best. We worked with the sales manager and it was like pulling teeth to get calls back. Wouldn’t recommend.

    Was told if i show up at 730 they would be able to get my vehicle serviced right away. Showed up at 720 and them was told they would have to have it all day! I went someplace else...

    Terrible. DO NOT BUY a service plan from Spradley Barr. Overbooked all the time
