Jerome was elite with his intake, addressing any needs I had while politely offering potential additional services. He was professional and knowledgeable. Thanks to his help, I was in and out in less than 30 min. for a very reasonable price.

I arrived with my work truck, to an inpatient woman berating a girl who was being very courteous and reserved. The customer said she was in a rush and how much longer it would be, and saying she didn’t like the worker’s attitude. I saw no such attitude from the employee. I looked around to see the other employees working diligently to get all the cars serviced. I told the other customer that she was being unreasonable and thought that she was the one with the attitude. She did not like this and peeled away. My experience was very good however and the employees treated me respectfully and worked efficiently. So efficient that I brought another vehicle in and they performed excellent and I was in and out. Thank you to Brittney and the rest of the team! I will bring my other vehicles to this location. Excellent experience and very satisfied with the service and professionalism.

I'm not a car person and my high mileage vehicle is not in good shape. The morning crew when I went in was great. They were very helpful and they were respectful, answering all of my questions and offering to go above and beyond. My car was taken care of and I am very happy I went to this location.

Bryce is awesome! Super friendly and not pushy at all on items such as the air filter and transmission flush. I did do air filter and sure enough, it had been 5 years since it was changed so he was accurate on it needing changed.

I’ve had several bad experiences at Jiffy Lube, but this location was not one of them. Service was terrific, quick, and staff was really communicative. There’s are extra level of professionalism here than I’ve never seen at any other oil change places. Highly recommend and I’ll be back.

I have had my oil changed at this location before and was very pleased with both the service and employees. However; today, I stopped and was told they could have me out in 15 minutes so I said Ok I'd stay. Then they had me move so someone else could go ahead of me since they were there first but in a different lane. Had no problem with that. Was told the line I was now in had a car that was just about finished. A girl came out and I simply asked how much longer she thought it would be (so I could decide either to stay or come back) and she went off on a tirade of how this is first come first serve and that someone said I was upset that I was asked to change lanes (NOT..actually was going to offer to let that person in ahead of me). I told her I didn't appreciate her attitude and all I was asking was for a time frame to make a decision about staying. She got more rude and then another employee jumped in as well. I would not take my car here ever again as they were disrespectful, rude liars. These were NOT the same employees that I had dealt with months before so perhaps they've changed their employee base but they now are horrible. Plenty of other places to give my business and money to. You might want to consider doing the same. I will also notify JIffy Lube Corporate.

Been going to them for regular oil changes for a while. Will never trust them again after they lied to me that I badly needed new brake pads and that I was digging into the rotors. Can’t believe a word they say.

Fast, friendly, efficient, and knowledgeable. I needed an oil change badly, and this shop just happened to be in the right place at the right time. I arrived around 9am on a holiday and expected to have a long wait, but to my surprise, there was only 1 car ahead of me. Within 2-3 minutes, they got me checked in and were ready to go to work on my vehicle, and about 15 minutes later, I was ready to check out. They took my coupon and answered all of my questions, topped up a couple of other fluids for me, checked out one specific problem I asked them about, and let me know what other problems they had found … no confusing jargon or high pressure sales tactics. Just simple and honest, and didn’t waste my time or money. Even though I live about 30 minutes away from this shop, I will be back!

Best service I’ve ever received from any oil change place. Very informative, straightforward, and friendly technicians here. Prior to covid i used this same location with a completely different set of staff. They were very run of the mill & not nearly as friendly. Absolutely love the new post covid staff! I hope they stick around for a bit.

I was left sitting in my truck for about 15 minutes while they checked in another customer and then began working on her car. She was there a minute or so before me. I have no problem with them checking her in first but typically they would come check me in before servicing the other vehicle. They also didn’t wash my windows or vacuum the inside of my truck. There had been snow overnight, but the streets were dry so I wouldn’t think that was an excuse. I paid for the signature service. Have the services changed?
