Jiffy Lube

My trust and recommendation for this location will never be the same. I feel taken advantage of, greatly dissatisfied, and disappointed. I drove my car in there for an oil change & engine system cleaner only to leave and get one block away, and my car started running horribly. I turned around and returned only to be told it was like that when I took it in. It was absolutely not! I had the oil changed by someone else in the parking lot and was told the issue came from an additive that mixed with my oil. They offered to have their mechanic look at it, They returned the car to me leaking oil, & lots of parts were still not bolted back together. They still refused to take responsibility. They told me the issue was previously there & I need an engine rebuild or a new engine, yet it was running just fine before they serviced it. I work hard at a local non-profit in Olde Towne Arvada, I'm left in complete shock that this happened at a place that I've recommended to so many.

I cannot overstate how thankful I am for this location of Jiffy Lube. While my car had lost power right across the street from their location, the team did not hesitate to rush across the street to get me out of traffic and into their parking lot. They jumped my car not once, but twice, and did their best in the moment to help me get my car running again. This team works with kindness and compassion, and we’re immensely helpful in a situation I don’t know how I could’ve handled.

I came in for an oil change while visiting and got super fast service! I was in and out within 20 minutes. Good value and appreciated their thoroughness in walking me through what they had covered. The team members were all very friendly and helpful as well. Would highly recommend.

I was told that my brakes were needing to be replaced that they were dangerously thin and I was quoted around $550 but they would give me a deal. I called around and found that other places would do it for much less expensive. I drove to my regular mechanic who told me I did not need brakes that they were fine they even got mirrors out to check since I was very concerned. Jiffy lube has lost my business.

I had a bunch of different fluids changed. They patiently explained everything to me. They didn’t push anything on me. I was happy with their job. Thank you Jiffy Lube

Was able to do a walk in, got in and out in about 45 minutes for a oil change. They talked to me about everything about my car and what it needed. 10/10 would recommend!

Staff was good, and the oil change was good. I needed new windshield wipers in the front only, as well as a new cabin filter. I was charged $160 for these three things. It’s on me for not asking how much these add one would cost, but I feel completely ripped off. I’ve been going to this Jiffy Lube since I was a kid, but won’t be returning after my latest experience.

The staff is extremely kind and efficient. Also a great price for an amazing job on my brakes. I've been here before and had my air filters replaced as well as my oil changed. Still awesome as always!!

Jonah is an expert in the field. Extremely courteous, very informative, and doesn't just "do the job." He goes above and beyond to demonstrate care towards his customers, and I experienced that today. He took care of me very quickly and explained any issues found as well as giving me a proper oil change. They also fixed a rattle noise that has been driving me crazy the last few months. If you come here (which you should) ask for Jonah!! Thanks again for all your help!
