The eye exam took a bit longer than I expected, however, everyone was super professional and kind and knew their stuff. Nice glasses selection and friendly staff to help you with your decision. Good deal on buy one get one half off too! Overall, a nice experience and can't wait to get my new frames in.

I cannot sing enough praises for Margaret! She is fantastic! She will help you find the perfect pair of frames, ensure you have the right fit, and is so patient every step of the way. Dr Kiefer is incredible at his craft. Patient, understanding, and truly cares about his patients.

The representative was great. She went out of her way to make me feel important and took the time to go through everything with me. She answered all my questions and found me the best deal for my needs. Great experience.

I don’t usually leave negative reviews but this situation was frustrating and unprofessional. I called this Loveland location in advance to 1, ensure that I did not need an appointment to pick out glasses, and that 2, I could in fact get my glasses the day I went in. I drove 40 minutes from Fort Collins to Loveland only to be left disappointed and frustrated. I was greeted by an employee who let me know that I wouldn’t be able to get my glasses for 10 days. Not a total issue, however, I had been told different. I explained the confusion and was met with little empathy and a total lack of assistance. Another employee came up and attempted to help, which was appreciated, but ultimately there was nothing she could do. A “I’m so very sorry for the confusion, we could look at glasses to be picked up 10 days from now,” would have saved the whole encounter. But she was defensive and offered no solutions other than drive back where we came from and figure it out back home. The LensCrafters in Fort Collins will be getting my business here on out! (The reason I was in a rush to get glasses is because I am studying abroad and just got a prescription for the first time two days ago! Totally poor planning on my part, but I did make the attempt to see that I could get my glasses this afternoon!)

Margaret was such an incredible help! Incredibly knowledgeable and SO kind. It was such a pleasure that I might just come back in to chat! The whole team is so very helpful and friendly, I felt so comfortable asking questions and getting advice; I ended up leaving with the perfect pair of glasses ❤️

My Husband and I went in together to look at Glasses May 21st While looking around a associate came up to us to ask if a little boy chasing moths belonged to us. which we said no. (his parent was in the back exam room) I felt that just because I had dark hair she assumed he was mine. We ended up buying Glasses and were told we'd be called and texted when ready. I got a text May 26th saying my Glasses were ready! I went in and the store manager couldn't find my glasses. I spelled my last name 3 times for her. she got a tablet and finally looked it up after searching all the bins. She pulls out my husband's glasses and I explain their his he probably needs them fitted. she agrues he doesn't and that I will have to come back anyways as they didn't have my glasses. I explain how inconvenient this was for me to pay a babysitter and drive from West Loveland with my Autistic son. I understand it's not her fault about the glasses but she was rude, unprofessional and unknowledgeable at her Job. A kind I'm sorry for the mix up and inconvenience would of been nice. The response I got was "Oh" like it wasn't her problem. I'm shocked This was how a store Manager treated me. Save your time and Money. It was the Store Manager Jane!

Margaret was so helpful in making sure my children and I found exactly what we needed. She helped us all the way from lense type to give us the best vision as well as glasses shape and size for the best vision. She was also very thoughtful about our family budget. We will be going to this location from now on!!

I don't usually use LensCrafters due to the additional cost, but my last experience with America's Best was so bad that I decided to to give LC another shot, and I wasn't disappointed. Jasmine did a fantastic job setting up me up with two pairs of glasses and I've never been happier just to be able to see comfortably. Thanks, Jasmine!

Margaret was so very nice to she helped me so much . She helped me choose what was right for me and was the nicest human I’ve met in a while. The customer service is awesome.! I would recommend.10 out of 10!!!!
