Great service, quick and professional. Inside the mall though. Other stores are usually outside of malls.
Went at 3:30 pm and the front gate was two-thirds closed. I asked the young girl clearly visible behind the desk if the were open and she said they were closed for lunch. I explained that I had a prescription and wanted to look at frames, and she said they would re-open in a half-hour. Really?? If you can’t help a customer in the middle of the day during your stated hours, then I guess you don’t really want the business.

The salesperson was very professional. She explained the pros and cons of options available to my husband and me. Even though there were other customers waiting, she gave her full attention to us, but knowledgeable the other customers.

Awful attitude, they act as if the clients are an inconvenience. I gave them 3 chances to be professional and each time my family was disappointed. The doctor does a good job, however the environment created by other members of staff is unacceptable.

So first, I chose this Dr because they are a premier location with my provider. I was VERY hesitant to come to this location after reading the bad reviews - they’ve definitely surpassed my expectations! The young kid at the front desk was very sweet and polite, the woman who did my intake was very friendly and kept up a great conversation! Doctor was quick (I did not have to wait to see her, she was actually waiting on my intake to be complete) and addressed all my concerns! I placed my glasses order on Sunday and they’ve notified me that my glasses are ready now (Tuesday). Also the gentleman that was working on Sunday 10/9 - very sweet! He didn’t push all the extra costs on me like I have experienced at other offices.

My husband and I both go here for exams, contacts and glasses. We have worked with Emma, Jimmy and Larry! All associates are welcoming and helpful. My experience with Dr. Jackson was also wonderful. This is now our family spot! Definitely recommend this location for your vision needs :)

Until a District/Regional Manager contacts me about my experience - I would definitely stay away. They clearly do not know how to appropriately navigate insurance processes nor clearly listen to clients. While inside the store I witnessed **multiple** instances of unpleasant/unhappy customer service in one short hour. The optometrist was reportedly "running behind" while most of the salesfloor/store staff looked fatigued to be there, well beyond it being a Saturday afternoon.
Ordered contacts several MONTHS ago in October now and the trials have still not come in. I have been calling daily and keep getting the sales associate telling me the GM or technician will call me back and they never do. Absolutely outrageous and would not recommend this location to anyone.

This was literally the best experience I have ever had trying to buy glasses!! The staff was kind, helpful and fun!!! The doctor was amazing and explained things to me in a way I could understand, FINALLY!! I liked the new equipment very much and was excited to be among the first it was used on. My eye exam was thorough and again done with state of the art equipment that Susan used very professionally!! I will definitely use Visionworks for all my eye glass needs in the future and from now on!!! A super shout out to Julie and Susan but everyone was awesome!!!
