I have been trying to get through to the Hunting Department for over an hour. I finally got to speak to someone in camping, who tried several times to transfer me to hunting, still no one answered. I then was transferred to customer service, they tried to transfer me also, no luck. I asked to speak with a manager, who the customer service representative said was available, I was put on hold then hung up on. When I tried to call back, no one will answer the phone. Absolutely the worst experience try to get someone to help me.

I purchased a Glock 17 here a few months ago and had a great experience, the person helping me was filling in from a different store. I recently tried to purchase a Glock 43 and the older gentleman didn’t want to answer any of my questions, was extremely rude and disrespectful and didn’t want to help me in the end. I’m not sure what I did to offend him but that’s the last time I’ll attempt to purchase firearms from this location.

Was followed around immediately after I walked in the door and after I was asked if I needed anything and I said I was just browsing was continued to be followed. This is ridiculous I've never had such a bad experience. They even followed me into the bathroom. Just so you know it's called stalking and do you might want to tell your employees that it's illegal to follow people into the restroom.

CANT ANSWER THE PHONE, I called 5 TIMES some one picks it up a puts it on hold, lazy grown men working here. That employee emilio was straight up disrespectful spent 5000 but got offered 100$ upon return I will be recommending people else where.

Decided to make my 1st handgun purchase. Sportsman's staff were very helpful and went 100% by the book and current law in process of helping me make my purchase. I'm glad this purchase is filed legally and by the law, registered.

Horrible customer service. They only care about getting out on time. I was there 30 minutes before they closed and nobody would help me and when they finally did talk to me all they said was I had to get out. No, can I help you, or did you find everything ok? They definitely did not make me feel comfortable at all and I will go to Cabela's and pay 3 times the amount rather than come back here.

Manager and "gun" manager took offense that it took 15 minutes in line while a single employee was hustling trying to check out people while the line got 10 deep. Makes you wonder why no one wants to work.

Love this place, help is always available and they match prices from competitors. Spent thousands here over the years, guns, ammo, fishing, kayaks, clothes, you name it.
