Friendly and knowledgeable staff! Dillon, especially, was very helpful and mixed paint to find the exact color I was looking for. He was patient and accommodating when I asked, not once or twice, but several times, to add more tint to a can of paint. Great customer service!

Matt at Sherwin Williams helped me get a match for my interior walls. I tried everything for 2 years and finally after talking with Matt for about 5 minutes he got me exactly what I needed. Now, I am able to do touch up paint inside my house. He also taught me how to do it the right way so it blends in really well. So happy! If you live in certain neighborhoods, they can look it up and see what paint the builder bought originally.

Twice last week I went to the Sherwin Williams on Plum Creek, both visits were outstanding in customer service! Both Matt and Lylea helped me get perfect color matches for a beige and later a blue; they really took time to get it just the way I wanted it. Both Matt and Lylea were extremely friendly and professional, moreover they actually know about paint and painting! The product was fantastic, they have earned my business!

Decided to see what options they offered for garage floor coatings - we were doing a small laundry room floor and the local big box stores did not have tintable products. We had a great experience here - the clerk was extremely helpful explaining how the product worked, tips for application and helped us choose a color. So friendly and efficient.

Very fast and courteous service! We were offered coffee while we waited for our color to be made and there was a nice place to sit and wait. The young man who helped us get our paint even brought it out to the car and put it in the car for us. Those 5 gallon buckets are heavy! I was very pleased with the price too!

Loved the online ordering and curbside pickup! I was able to drive up, have all my project material brought right to the car and I was in my way! Love it! The associate that brought everything out was cheerful and friendly - couldn’t ask for anything more.

I can't say enough for the staff at my Castle Rock SW store. They are always friendly, very helpful and knowledgeable, and fun to chat with. My husband and I haven't bought any paint other than SW in the last 13 years. We tried another paint brand for painting our diningroom, and couldn't get the right color of red, and it was very streaky. After two coats, with a poor outcome, we went to the SW store in CR and they helped us out. One coat and we loved the color. We've been buying SW paint ever since.
