The customer service was incredible! I came in with my two kids. Before I entered the store, they were holding the door open for me. They were helpful with all of my questions. They even helped me find a coupon for my order. Then they helped me bring the paint to my car. I was very impressed!

Matthew D Smith the city manager of Sherwin Williams Denver is 99% responsible for the incredibly high employee turnover and low company morale. I hope someone will go ahead and canvas all other employees under his management and figure out Matt Smith is the wrong person for this job. Someone with personality traits like him (Egotistical, Manipulative, Deceitful, Dishonest, Unstable) would be better suited to used car sales or working for a bank, lending predatory loans .

This is the worst sherwin williams location I have ever contacted/visited. A guy working there told me there was no way to help finding a specific color I needed without even listening to anything I needed. When I went in he was SO RUDE giving me attitude and even threw color swatches at me. I wish I would’ve gotten this name but i will never buy any SW products.

I was looking for a particular paint that my contractor used four years ago. I called the store, and the sales rep was very patient and persistent in finding the correct paint using the computer system and my limited information I had to give her. She also was able to answer all of my questions about different types of paint. Placing the order and picking it up was very easy.

If you want to whitewash your fence, AKA Tom Sawyer go to a big box store and get cheap paint. If you want to get great quality paint that will look good, go on well, adhere to your old paint, not drip excessively or peel in the next decade, come here. Yeah it definitely costs more. But a Mercedes costs more than a used Yougo... I have read other reviews that talk about paint matching, and they said good things. Here's my tale, they correctly matched my architectural shingle. Beat that. Customer service is wonderful. They have knowledgeable staff, who sometimes take a few minutes to do something difficult. But they are always polite and kind.

The girl that helped me got my color exact, spot on. I had multiple touch ups on a paint job that was done 14 years ago. She was also super nice and super customer friendly. She offered me different types of paints and explained the difference to me. She was great!

I have never had such a bad experience in a store. The employee was quite possibly the most unhelpful person I've ever encountered. When I asked for advice finding a red that was more blue based and would not look orange, he stated that "you're asking the wrong person. I know nothing about color. We can't help you with color. It's a liability issue." I was perplexed and said, "but you work in a paint store. Who can help me with color?" He told me to go to a different store. Unbelievable!! So, I did. I went to another Sherwin Williams store in Highlands Ranch and they were wonderful. Anyone who expects customer service should avoid the Sherwin Williams store on Broadway and Mineral. I will never step foot in that store again.
