Matthew D Smith the city manager of Sherwin Williams Denver is 99% responsible for the incredibly high employee turnover and low company morale. I hope someone will go ahead and canvas all other employees under his management and figure out Matt Smith is the wrong person for this job. Someone with personality traits like him (Egotistical, Manipulative, Deceitful, Dishonest, Unstable) would be better suited to used car sales or working for a bank, lending predatory loans .

The Sherwin Williams store in Highlands Ranch exemplifies the company’s Vision statement: “ To be the world leader in the paint industry committed to satisfying customer needs through quality products, excellent service and a highly trained and professional workforce.” I have personal experience that the store manager is fully committed and vested in customer satisfaction. Megan has exceeded my expectations with every interaction that I have had with her. I truly believe that she is the corner stone that makes that store great and the commitment to outstanding customer service propagates throughout every team member. The employees are willing to go the extra mile such as calling other stores when a product was out of their local store. I literally drive by other Sherwin Williams stores to go this because of the above reasons.

Very helpful! Been a while since I painted and while I remember the basics, there was a lot I had forgotten. The sales associate was super helpful, recommending not only the type of paint best suited for the room but discussing other options that were possible and the pros and cons. They gave me time to look through colors and pick the best one, while offering helpful advice for any questions I had. They even gave me a helpful checklist of supplies to make sure I got everything I needed in one trip! Will definitely be back for more projects in the future!!
Such a great experience all around. I came in literally 2-minutes before the store closed. The store associate didn't treat me any differently and in fact told me not to apologize when I said I was sorry for coming in so close to closing. She helped find the paint I needed, whipped up a can and sent me on my way. All with a smile (well behind her mask) on her face. Such a great experience.

Paint here is extremely expensive even when they have it on “sale”. Usually a long wait to get paint mixed. Only go here because it’s close to my house but will start driving farther to Guiry’s instead.

Called today 6/25/20 to check stock on a paint for a new home I purchased in Sterling Ranch. The guy who answered seemed bothered by the call. He said they probably have what I need but he couldn't tell me unless I knew what I wanted. Obviously I thought, so I told him the two paint colors that I needed and told him I had coupons for both. Again he told me they can make any paint I needed, probably, depending on sheen.??? So I said I would hate to make multiple trips down there so did the sheen matter? He said they would most likely have what I needed. Can't say this is the best customer service I have received. Home Depot is at least super nice and helpful. I won't be using them for further purchases.

I was having trouble selecting the right accent color for my shutters and the two employees at this store were AMAZING! They took the time to help me select 3 possible swatches and even walked outside with me to look at the colors in the light. This is top notch customer service by professionals who know paint colors! If you are painting your house, this is the store you should go to! Fabulous customer service. I highly recommend them!
TERRIBLE CUSTOMER RELATIONS. I went to the Sherwin-William store in Highlands Ranch last fall with the HOA formula for my fence color and purchased 5 gallons of stain. Just got a letter from the HOA that it is the wrong color. They mixed the WRONG COLOR and admitted doing so. Now I need to repaint my fence. At first the salesperson was not going to charge me for their mistake. Then the manager, who claimed to be new and that the mistake did not happen during her time as manager, would only give me a discount on the new stain. That means that I HAVE TO PAY FOR SHERWIN-WILLIAMS HIGHLAND RANCH MISTAKE.

This is the best Sherwin Williams store I've been into. Megan is awesome - friendly and very knowledgable. Huge kudos to her for helping with all the random questions I've called with!
