Sherwin-Williams Paint Store

The paint I bought and the color match were great! However, before I made my selection, I was told that the gallon of paint that I selected would be $50 but was charged $80 because I was not in their system!! Luckily, there are three stores that sell paint, and that does color matching within a 5 minutes drive from where I live. From now on, the other two have my business. I suggest being clear and upfront with your clients.

I’m super impressed with this Sherwin Williams Store. I was instantly greeted by Megan when I arrived. She was so helpful and helped me pick my patio paint with a perfect match. We gathered samples, and I’m going back tomorrow to get my concrete paint. I’m just amazed at her sense of colors as she looked at a picture of my concrete on the porch which is pinkish brownish terra cotta and her recommendation is spot on ! Thank you Megan. This was by far the best customer service experience I’ve ever had at Sherwin Williams. Also the first time I came to this location. I’m gonna be coming back. I’m a DIY’er and constantly in need of paint and advice. Megan was above and beyond! Thanks girl!!!! You Rock!!!

terrible customer service via under-staffing at Loveland / Eisenhower Blvd. 1 and only 1 staff person in store (that person was great but 1 insufficient for busy weekend morning) Just waited over 30 minutes in line to buy a mini-roller, only went here cause store is 10 minutes closer to me than walmart, so I ended up paying 2X walmart prices plus it took longer.. Avoid on Sundays.

Beautiful store, well laid out, free coffee. Staff is very friendly and helpful. Russel is the store manager and if you have any issues I would reccomend talking to him, he is very personable, reasonable and a cool guy in general. Stop in during a sale!

I have almost been living in this store over the past 3 years. Destin and the staff are wonderful and if you hit that Super Sale, I'm in. After purchasing a new (used) home, I had to repaint the outside and inside. They were able to match up a small scratch of outside paint that was not sun bleached. MY HOME NOW HAS A NEW LIFE GLOW thanks to Sherwin Williams Paint.

The young lady that helped me was beyond great!! She was patient with the paint colors I brought in to have matched and created a new profile so we don’t have to guess on colors next time I am in. She even helped me out to my car when everything was ready. Being a customer service person myself, I would give her 5 stars all the way across the board!!!

Not too impressive. We purchased two similar colors from them for a new house. I was looking for an accent color and manually mixed the two colors 50/50 and liked the results. So we asked them to formulate the two colors and they told us they couldn't do it. So much for custom colors even if you provide the two formulas to blend!

We were prepping our house for sale and needed to match paint for interior walls and exterior trim. Very helpful staff, and quick process to get a quart of each color. This was my first time in the store: they have a wide array of supplies, tools, drop cloths, overalls and much more.

Absolutely! Really thankful for Sherwin Williams in Loveland. I have never been there until this visit. The previous owners of our house had paint made at this location. We went in and shared with them the paint can from 7 years ago. They were able to find the order in their system and were able to match our paint color. We are very glad that we decided to go to this location. We will be buying more paint here for upcoming painting projects in our home.
