The gal working this Sunday, 2/26, was amazing. She had a great, happy, unwaivering attitude. Even when the multiple people were needing items. I could tell she totally knows her job and is good at it. She handled evening and kept moving. GREAT customer service

Great place to get paint. They explained the different types of paint and where/ when to use each paint type. Has all the other things to get your painting job done right.

Disappointed with the lack of transparency about DIY account pricing. Make sure to double check the price at the register BEFORE they go and tint the paint — pricing at this location was 15% higher than Sheridan store. I was told initially by store clerk that they would match pricing from purchase made a couple of weeks back at Sheridan store; but in the end the manager tinted the paint without letting the customer know the paint would be more expensive, and I was charged 15% more. It’s simple: build customer trust. Just be honest about your store’s pricing upfront and allow the customer make the decision on whether or not they’d like to purchase there.

Sherwin Williams has always been our go-to for both large and small paint projects over the years. We would typically run into whichever store was closest in the moment, but today we had an exceptional interaction at this one. Tyler rang us up and was just wonderful. He was cordial and professional, yet also personable. He made nice conversation while bringing our paint to the car, and simply created a lovely human interaction. Called to get testers to paint my house. I needed to get a lot because I wanted to try out several color schemes. When I called I was told they were busy and it would be a while, told them no worries it could be a day or two if needed. Rep took 4 of my color requests and then asked how many more I had. Told him I had another 10, I was then informed “I have a bunch of people on hold right now and I don’t have time for this”...well F you. I ended up getting the testers from the store on 50th and Wadsworth, no complaining about how many, had them ready in 30min. I specifically requested the painter buy the $2k of materials from that store and not this one, solely because of the D bag you had answer the phone. Seems based off of other reviews other people had a similar experience.

The staff here is very friendly and knowledgeable, working quickly and efficiently even when things are busy. The girl who helps with color at this store is so nice and great with colors and design. I couldn't have finished my house without her. The manager, Dave, is excellent. Nobody in the store knows more about products than he does. Great customer service all around. Exceptional products, as well.
Sherwin-Williams has been extremely helpful for me in all of my painting needs. Not only have they always provided a quality product, but they are always knowledgeable and have given me so much helpful information. They have been a great resource in my diy home renovation painting projects. I would highly recommend them. I have been to both stores in Arvada and they both have been wonderful.

I purchased paint last week right before the Stay at Home order went into effect. When I called Sherwin Williams in Arvada, I received excellent assistance from Meagan and Saima. They were very professional and knew exactly what I needed. They had the order together within 30 minutes and I picked up the paint curbside. I was very pleased to have something to keep me busy over the next month! Thank you Sherwin Williams!
