Abbie is the most amazing Home Depot employee I've ever met. She always has a smile on her face when I walk in and she always takes time out of her day to make sure I'm ok. Even tho she sees hundreds of people every shift she's great to vent to and talk to. She's definitely made some of my worse days brighter. For that I will forever be greatful.

9/5/23 Ordered 50 tiles for a project online for delivery on 9/6/23. Got text it was delivered. Go home to find a package of screws inside my screen door. No tiles. Call home depot and was put on hold for the manager. Phillip gets on the phone and says he will transfer me to the front and have one of the girls pull up my order. After waiting on hold for almost 9 minutes a lady comes on and informed me that Phillip was on his lunch and how did I even get him on the phone in the first place. She then says she will take my name and number and he will call me when he is done with his break. No call back from Phillip. 9/7 Call home depot at 7:45 or 8am asked to speak with the manager was put on hold for 38 minutes the timer said when I had to leave my desk.....still no tile, still no response....Just WOW. Home Depot got the $$$ so whatever... 9/8 called this morning. Manager not avilable. Still won't take a message or anything...

I was working two home projects in late June. I went in one evening looking for a ceiling fan support. The employees were playing some kind of game and weren’t able to help. Later that week, I was looking for a ceiling fan cathedral bracket and asked the manager for help. She stated, she didn’t have anyone to cover electrical that evening. I asked her to send someone back because any employee would possess more knowledge than me. She paged and no one showed. After 20 minutes of looking, I went home and ordered online.

I was just in there for a return and was greeted by Joaquin. He handled my situation after exhausting every option we had. While I waited he even offered me a bottle of water. I left that Home Depot feeling like Customer Service still exists and that he actually cared about my dilemma and helped resolve it. This might sound cheesy but thank you for making me feel like a valued customer! I wish every Home Depot had a Joaquin!

I was in a bad mood today and was not excited to interact with people. Phil came right up to me asking if I needed help finding anything. I put on a smile and spoke to him. After a few minutes he literally made my whole day turn around. Very caring, understanding, and relatable. Amazing customer service. Phil deserves a big ole raise. Thanks Phil for making my day a little brighter.

Sad how Home Depot customer service has fallen. Had to ask for a few feet of lumber to get cut 4 times. Staff thought it was funny and laughed at the fact that that every time I went back there, no one was there to help. I was kinda surprised that these middle-aged employees were behaving like the worst of teenage employees. As I waited, 3 employees took their sweet time moving a few pieces of wood with a forklift, which according to their safety rules, prohibits anyone from using the circular saw about 30 feet away. They had a lot of customers with very short jobs they should’ve helped first. About 35 minutes after walking in I finally got the wood cut. Lowe’s is right down the street. No reason to ever come back.

Absolutely horrible. I had an order that was suppose to arrive on Friday. Tracking has not been updated. Called HD 1800 every day since, until they informed me to contact the local store diretcly, since they have nothing on their end. and then today, I was ping ponged around by 3 associates at the Westminster store (each claiming that the other was supposed to have helped me), until I was left on hold for OVER an hour until I finally hung up. Absolutely rude and horrible service. Never using Home Depot again.

I have never been in a home depot that was so friendly! While the store was like every other home depot, the employees actually went out of their way to drop their tasks to ask if I needed assistance just because I Looked lost. Usually you need to hunt people down but I have been there twice and you can sure see the difference.

Thought I'd seen the very worst in home depot's, I visit them all over the state. This home depot is so so much worse than anything I've ever seen. Couldn't find anyone to help in the tool section, The few employees I saw In other parts of the store had their hands on their heads just lounging around trying to avoid people, I think the guy at the window desk was asleep. The floor is covered with trash, And the shelves are not restocked. When I mentioned these concerns to the lady at the checkout counter, She rolled her eyesAnd developed a real short attitude, And did nothing to address my concerns. The shortage of help Resulted in the ryobi tool rep Being the only person anyone could find and I personally watched everyone walk up to her to her as she led customers around the store to show them where items were. She wasn't even able to do her own job.

Website said they carried a tool but upon arrival I find out they do not. No help in the tool department after about 1/2 hour standing in the same spot . Gentleman in the nuts and bolts dept was very helpful and very jovial. Police parked in front doing absolutely nothing...Why? They do nothing to the thieves and employees will get fired if they confront thieves. Waste of taxpayers money! I won't go back to this location.Woeth a drive to visit a different store.
