Needed some SW paint to paint my fence according to the paint color that my HOA said. The gallon can of paint cost $54!! I'm sure it was great quality, but I turned around and went to Lowe's to get a very comparable quality paint for $20 less a can. Employees are too busy for you to ask questions, and when you finally get a hold of one, s/he says they're helping someone already.

I just called and talked to Cole (the store manager). Asked for some primer to be shaken and he suggested stopping by instead of taking the order on the phone. I told him I would prefer get them ready ahead of time to minimize my time in the store and he said he could not and Hung up on me while asking more questions. First bad experience using this store.

this morning the employee who help me, was super helpful and mix 5 single gallons of paint as they run out of the 5 galón bucket to a custom match for a deck. Same price he offer me. he really care about my business as I could go anywhere like homedepot accross the street. I couldn’t remember his name but for sure the managers know who is.

Absolutely terrible customer service. Sherwin Williams products are great but I would highly recommend going to a different location. We bought a multi-purpose sprayer yesterday and realized today after mixing our stain in it, the tube is missing inside and we can’t spray the stain without it. I called the store and explained the situation. The guy that I spoke to started grilling me about how I mixed the stain and why I diluted it with water. The directions said it could be diluted up to 4:1. Either way that was completely irrelevant. He said he was the key holder and couldn’t do anything to help. I asked if we could get the part from another box and he said no he can’t make those decisions. I then asked to buy another one, take the part out and return it just as I would the one with our stain in it and he said no again. Would not offer any solutions and was extremely rude. I gave him my number and asked for the manager to call when he’s back in. He took my number but never asked my name. A little customer service goes a long way and he does not have it.

Awesome customer service from Erik after the bad experience on 77th and Wads. He was very helpful and provided alternatives. Sad to say that some of what I requested was not available, which I can understand. But, being treated with respect and helpfulness was very much appreciated. Sorry for the paint shortage, but I'd gladly visit this location again. Great experience!

Took me a while to get to this store with the weather conditions. They did not have the product I was looking for and didn’t try to help with another one just keep trying to send me to another store.

I went in not knowing what I needed, I explained in great detail the durability I needed and that I was looking for an epoxy floor coating. Instead I was directed to a “better” product for my project. After I slid a hammer across my floor and the coating chipped up I went back and was instructed to patch the chipped spots and apply a thicker coat of clear “self leveling” onto the floor. It still chips anytime anything hits it, and my dogs constantly play in this room and their nails have ruined it the rest of the way. The customer service was spot on and very friendly, the advice sucked is all.

The sales reps at this store have been phenomenal. I've talked and worked with two of them especially who have been more helpful than any Sherwin-Williams employee anywhere else. Lately I have also had to go to the Denver Sheridan store and the other Arvada store on 77th and my experiences were much less positive. I would highly recommend this store and these sales reps to anyone.
