The Home Depot

Great Home Depot location in a little shopping center. Organized, friendly and helpful staff, and easy to find what you need. Self Checkout is also easy to use too, so is the cashier checkout. Also great service. So, All in all, great Home Depot location. Would recommend this location and will be back.

One of my favorite places to shop for hardware, paint, tool accessories and not to mention the AMAZING HOT DOG KIOSK! I love this Home Depot specifically because of how helpful the employees are. Sometimes it’s difficult to navigate the maze. The assistance you receive at Home Depot is unmatched!

Seams like a nice place, but apparently it’s overrun with drug addicts so bad that regular people can’t even use the restroom to pee. I really hope the worker that was just being a decent human being and about to let me use it doesn’t get in trouble for trying to let me. His manager saw him walking me to the bathroom and told him no. How about doing something about the drug addicts instead of punishing the regular paying customers? Just a thought. These big cities are crazy.

Evening customer service continues to disappoint with five people online at customer service. I watched three people. Just wander through that work for home Depot while two people do what they can to spend 10 to 15 minutes per return. Didn't seem like there was any urgency or desire to help. Three of us left the line. Hoping we can come back for a different shift. This was not the only time

Like….. the staff who care care and those who don’t, don’t, the location is easy access if you know the traffic lights. 5 stars to the staff who stick around and deal with the guests there. 3 stars for corporate nonsense, parking, and city planning. Every employee i encountered was delightful

Being a contractor, I always appreciate when I visit a home depot that is clean, well stocked, and has knowledgeable staff working the floor. Lots of parking, carts that roll, etc Well done home Depot!

App was not correct on where item was, so asked two employees (younger) girls where it was they seemed annoyed that I was asking. Was then directed to go to self check out only to find out after I scanned everything, it doesn't take cash. Again young girl just pointed me in some random direction. Light on no cashier. Lines building up with people who have no idea where to check out. One cashier for entire store comes back and a man buds in front of me with 50 little items. I had 3 items. It took everything I had not to explode. This particular Home Depot has always been bad. Avoid it!

I was very disappointed all around. Their app doesn't operate well with an Android device. The items I ordered online, for some reason, registered as "in store pick up." I intentionally selected "curbside pick up." Then all the items weren't ready for pick up at the same time, and one had to be shipped. I don't understand how such a huge store doesn't have all of the items available at the same time. Then, each time I parked for pickup, I had to call to give them the details. It was a simple task that turned into something complicated 😕

I love Home Depot! They provide you with an email of your receipt, so you can always look back in your email to find some thing that you purchased there. Also, the receipts are not in hieroglyphics, so you can usually find what you need. Sadly however, you do not get an email receipt when you use the gift card. I wish they would fix that! I also appreciate their help, although it is not as good as Ace Hardware. They do have more items than Ace because they are so huge. I also like to search for things online, and then find the exact aisle and they were some thing is, then I don’t have to ask

Manager Michael and Door Dept. Tracey were so responsive, organized and helpful. They went above and beyond to help me when Stapleton store continue to mess my order up.
