Service in this store is real good. Staff is great. I unfortunately miscommunicated the color I was looking for, the store did not make me feel at fault, they quickly replaced it. I will definitely be back for more paint real soon.

Very inexperienced staff. Managed to match a color but after two tries couldn't match the sheen of a product I bought there two years ago. They wouldn't even take back the wrong product. This store used to be my go-to for paint with a knowledgeable staff. I'll have to find some place else.

Getting information was like pulling teeth. Not all customers are experts at painting. Wish the help (Lydia) would not talk down to us when asking simple questions. I would never buy anything from this store! They are not helpful, How do they sell anything with this terrible Customer service. They don’t even deserve the one start

Had a bad experience with the manager there this morning. After waiting for about 10 minutes to be acknowledged, she was extremely rude in our beginning conversation. That woman has absolutely 0 customer service skills. Or common courtesy for that matter. Then turns out they don't have my order that I called in the day before (which happens often here). She takes a phone call and disappears, so then have to try and figure out the problem with someone new. What a nightmare... I hate this place.

This store is for commercial painters. Somebody like me just looking for a gallon of paint this not the place. To busy with commercial business than to help walk in customers. Save some time and go to a hardware store. Update, tried again yesterday 7/13/2021 to buy 2 gallons of primer and paint. Out of Primer! How can that be? A paint store? Again I believe my order was just to small to deal with. Not recommended! ZERO STARS!

Employees are great but manager could really be more polite and helpful almost seems like he ain't happy at all with the business we bring him pricess are outrageous but good quality paint if it wasn't for that I probably wouldn't come to this specific location otherwise

This store seem like it's starting to go down hill with this new manager (Michelle) with her snapping her fingers at me a costumer of this store for 20 years like I'm one of her pee ons! Definitely not okay especially when talking to one of her employees about my order that had not been made. This is by far one of the most under-qualified piss poor examples of a store manager. It seems like Home Depot has something better then just its prices!

I am a huge fan of this Sherwin Williams store. I have been buying paint, stain, and application products from them for years. I am not a contractor, just a homeowner who loves DIY projects and hobby carpentry, but I'm always treated with respect. The staff is knowledgeable and patient, and I haven't been steered wrong in over 8 years. If you want a great paint, or advice on finishing products, this is a great place to spend time and money alike.
