Party City

Friendly staff. Great Halloween selection. We bought some skeletons from here on sale. The only place I've found a better price for them was home depot surprisingly. Either way it was fun. And they had such a sad spidey in the corner xD

I specifically asked the cashier if the balloons would last 24 hours and he said yes and as another employee was blowing them up, she tells me that they will not be good tomorrow so I asked for a refund and she said no. Then I took the balloons to my car, and before I reached the parking lot 2 had popped, I went back and purchased more balloons and two more popped on my way home. I realize it’s warm outside but if they’re not going to last 5 minutes then the employees should at least be knowledgeable enough to warn the customer before the purchase. Also, never been denied a refund, On a product that I was unsatisfied with they were not even inflated yet.

I was told initially that the balloons would not stay inflated without adding some gel stuff to the inside. It's been over a week and the balloons are still up so I recognize this as upcharging. The employees seemed not well trained but that's obviously not their fault. The amount of things are overwhelming but it is a superstore of party stuff. I would come expecting to spend quite a bit of money because hardly anything has prices listed. It was just weird.

The new location is awesome! The layout makes it really easy to shop and see where everything is. The employees are really helpful. The selection of balloons is really great, and the way they have it set up to see all the designs made it easy to find what we needed. I love that it's now more "in town".

Picked up balloons only to have 1 deflate within minutes… Super disappointed I paid extra for the “hi float” treatment. Will just go to a grocery story in the future - way cheaper and more efficient.

Super cool store! I have a holiday tree up year around. Anyway, I love to stop here to find items to put on my tree. This time it was for Cinco De Mayo decor. They had a selection of things I needed! I was so happy. Shopping for Christmas tree decor for other holidays isn’t always easy! I’ll definitely continue to go back. I did enclose a picture of the Easter Tree that the eggs on the tree came from here.

Bought my daughter a 71 dollar set for her graduation which was a main part of the graduation we walked in and they told me that they would not fill up the balloons and refused to even though I had proof of purchase they the man had a very rude attitude towards me and told me it wasn't his problem and he refused to blow up balloons I had to return them as there was no way I was going to have time to to blow up the balloons they yelled at me saying they weren't going to return it and were very rude and disrespectful.

Staff was SOOO helpful! Needed some creative ideas and they jumped right in and really went the extra mile!

Party city 🥳 right? You think of party city you think you would feel welcomed the few seconds your checking out right? At this location I have received nothing but attitude and disgrace from the younger female workers. I was turned down in such a rude manner, because I didn’t have my recipet but I had all of the party stuff I bought from there, still in the “party city” bag. They said no to huillianting my sons BABY SHARK balloons. I left crying in embarrassment and panic because my sons party is in a few hours. Party city should be full of workers that are ready to greet with a positive attitude. Thank you for reading about the awful expierce at this location.

Horrible customer service. New generation kids. All three girls were on their phones and had a very bad attitude. In the end we didn't get what we needed because they did not want to understand our question or help us.
