I wish this Michael's had the stock that others do in terms of quality writing materials. I have to go to one's in Denver to get most my supplies since this one is pretty scarce. Otherwise love this store.

Used to be great to order online and pick up at store but lately they've been canceling my orders even though the site says there are plenty in stock. I will just go to Greeley location, they always have the inventory updated and are friendly.
Store was a disaster and no one seemed to care that I was wandering around for a good 20 minutes, obviously looking for something very specific (as I had my cell phone in hand with the product pulled up that showed what I was looking for on the Michaels website). I hate leaving poor reviews, except for when they are due. Poor customer service. Even worse visuals.
I had to return something withouta receipt. That was super simple was given a gift card in return. I love this store.
Great customer service, employees are friendly and very attentive. Store is clean and items are fully stocked.
What I liked was they new ups drop location. Grabbed some brushes and paper, got my UPS package n all went smooth
Went to the self checkout scanned all my items and placed them back into the cart after scanning each item after paying I grabbed a bag and decided to place the 6 or so items that I bought into a bag (plastic bags not being the norm in fort collins anymore which is why I didn't bag them first) upon doing so the employee working told me That I didn't pay for all my items and then I was stealing. I kind of laughed because I thought she was kidding upon discovering that she wasn't kidding. I informed her that I had paid for every single item in my bag. She then told me that I was wrong and that I didn't. I held open my bag so she could go through It And handed her the receipt upon which she discovered that I did not steal a d*** thing and I paid for every item that I had needless to say it. Yes. A God awful experience to go into a store and pay for everything and then be accused of stealing when you. Haven't my advice for Michael's? Is the big make sure that they're employees? Are 100% sure that someone is stolen before they go accusing a pain customer of doing such? Need this to say i'm pretty sure that hobby lobby Or some other craft? Store will. B? Getting. My business going forward.
Zero Stars for this store!! Our daughter took a very nice print to the framing department in this Michaels store. They not only scratched and ruined the print, they didn't tell her until she went to pick it up. When she noticed it, she was in tears. They had already charged her for the framing and said they couldn't do anything . The Manager came over and said that she would submit a claim to corporate and that she would be contacted. That was well over a month ago and no one has contacted her. She has called the store multiple times. We spoke to Casey, another manager a few weeks ago and she said she would get back to us with an update. Still no update and when we called today, we were put on hold for over 30 mins without any answers to our questions. We do not recommend this store and would not use them for framing anything. We are very disappointed and have had no help whatsoever to help us with this situation. They ruined a very nice print and then charged our daughter over $250 to frame it. We would like to be reimbursed for the print as well as the framing. Terrible customer service!!!!!!! Will never use this store again and will keep working to get this situation rectified as they clearly did the damage and aren't working to help us at all. We were not given a claims dept number but we will find a way to reach corporate as this is absolutely ridiculous!!
