Party City

The store is pretty well stocked and if needed the staff is available. The store has pretty much everything one would need for a party. Although some of the items they carry you can get cheaper at other stores if you shop around. The balloons they sell are really nice. They will try to upsell you on Hyfloat in the balloons, and I'm extremely pleased with thus upgrade as the balloons stay inflated and floating for 3-4weeks (yes weeks).

Good selection of a variety of party items. The store was fairly busy when we went in to pick up some balloons for a grad party. This is kind of a downside as they dont seem super prepaired for a larger inflow of customers, and they seemed pretty understaffed. The balloons was a good price but it was pretty expensive to get them filled to pick up later. Oxygen to fill them is pretty over priced, but there isnt really many other options as people dont really have oxygen tanks. The store was pretty clean which was good.

Ordered some items for pickup (I'm disabled so that's how I get groceries, too); parked in a drive-up spot, called, identified myself and where I was parked, and then waited. And waited. After about 10 minutes I went inside and although I'd gotten the text that my order was ready, it looked like they were still putting things together. The guy and gal at the counter weren't very helpful, definitely weren't pleasant; the store was a ghost-town--no employees to be found any closer to the door to greet customers--and while it was still a good half-hour until closing, and the weather was clear, the mood of the whole experience was depressing.

The female customer service agent was great. The young kid needs more customer service training or a new attitude!!

Great customer service. Got six balloons one day. One of the balloons went flat within a couple hours. They replaced it at no charge.

There is a blue haired woman who works there and she is very rude yelling at people and giving attitude. Please remove her!!

They had the order ready when they said they would, everything was there, and we didn't need to wait in line long. Have only been there once though.

I don't know if it's because they're going out of business, or if they were just being lazy, but when I went to check out the men up front told me I could just take my items. It wasn't crazy weird, but it did give me the creeps

Ordered some birthday balloons and when they arrived we opened them the most important one was deflated. Sad day for the birthday boy.

It's been 3 years since the Southlands party city sold my 16 year old son the helium tank that he used to kill himself just 100 yards from the store. This store used to be a fun place to get supplies for birthdays and Halloween makeup and years later I still can't look at it without feeling devastated. It isn't their fault, but the general lack of policy against selling helium tanks to minors certainly made it easy for him to get what he needed.
