Great experience, but the one thing I needed was out of stock. It was understandable, so I am not holding that against them. Collars for flea and tick season are a popular item, and fly off shelves as fast as they're put out. They had other options, or my review would be different.

At the risk of letting my secret get out, I have to brag a little about how the aquarium section has improved under the guidance of their newest specialist, Ryan. He’s done an amazing job fine tuning that department, keeping it stocked with healthy fish, healthy plants and keeping the water pristine. I used to have to travel to a different store to get decent fish from Petco, but I’m delighted to be able to find them right around the corner now, thanks to having Ryan at my local store! Now, if they’ll just expand the department a little, it’ll be perfect!

As with most Petco's, you can bring your pet with you to this store, which is great. They have a good supply and choice of items here, but half of the store always feels a bit cluttered (the right side when you enter), making it hard to get around in that area. The aisles are a bit narrow, but I have faith that you'll be able to maneuver around ok. You can do it!

Really not very bright veterinary service that I know could have helped us with an appointment to help our cat, instead was deferred to another clinic. You guys always turn away customers with money? Just curious not probably good for business, just saying.

Wonderful location who carries some of the harder to find exotic animals for your aquarium wants. I like the location it's clean nice friendly and inviting. Please come see it for yourselves I believe you will find all your pets needs here from dogs to fish.

The cooler for the feeder mice has been out of service for months now. You have to find an associate and ask them for everything. They often have a minimal selection of live mealworms and the ones they do have are mostly dead. I've had to return mealworms multiple times now because of their condition and have even had associates remark that it is a problem they often have. Most of the associates are nice, but this is ridiculous now. Fix your issues or stop selling reptiles that we can't even buy food for! I'm tired of going to the store multiple times a week for minimal purchases because of your issues.

We have used Kaylana since we first moved here for our Black Standard poodle, Abby. We are admittedly extremely picky, but could not be more thrilled with Kaylana as a groomer. not only are her reasonable, but the service and expertise are excellent. Highly recommend

Just the worst place to try and get crickets. You can never find anyone to help you get crickets and they keep changing where to go for them. I am tired of running around the store try to find help. I wouldn't even come here if I didn't need litter for my cats. If you need something for your reptile I highly recommend Scales N' Tails on Mississippi or Nature Box Pet Emporium on Quincy.
