We took our three legged dog there and the employees were was excited to meet her and treated her so sweetly. They were attentive towards all the requests and questions we had. Very helpful. Thank You. The store was clean, fully stocked and all around delightful. Again, Thank you.

This review is directly toward Chris and not the store. Instead of waiting on customers (crickets) he was on a mobile phone pacing around the front of the store. Since no one was coming to assist and after waiting for a long time (according to Google Timeline I was at the store for 25 minutes, and all I needed was crickets) I turned off the "Help" button and bagged my own. Waiting in line, Chris, still on the phone, proceeded to get carts and bring them in (one. at. a. time) When he saw me in line with crickets he asked who got them for me and I said I got them myself (by him asking me, he knew no one was available). Apparently this is a PetSmart sin and he told me I couldn't do that and to use the button. I told him I did and that I waited for a long time and if associates aren't going to help then I'll get my own. He told me to shop somewhere else and he was going to put the crickets back (in case I scooped out more than the 25 I wanted) and he wasn't going to help. Hey Chris, help the customers instead of wasting time bringing in carts one at a time, and don't get so upset when they have to do your job.

I don’t even care I’m out $100 for 6-Puppy training classes. Will be taking my business elsewhere. Associate Clay extremely rude when I called asking to speak with the trainer Alicia because I’m actively enrolled in a class and have issues with scheduling etc. First she was at lunch, told to call back and then he was acting like I am a huge annoyance and “I need to understand Alicia is in class” - Yea I paid for a class and I need communication with the trainer. No direct email, no option to leave a message. Poor customer service all around.

We had our two chihuahuas spade and neutered a few days ago. And the dogs did great. The only issue that I had was that the veterinarian that performed the surgery couldn't come out to talk with us about the surgery or the after care instructions with us. I had questions, and all we were told was that she was unavailable . The young lady that we did talk to couldn't answer the questions that we had. Not good customer service, and not very professional. It shouldn't be any different than if the surgery had been performed on a human. So to end this, I was a little upset and disappointed with their procedure.

I absolutely love this store. The employees from management to cashiers to banfield are kind, caring and truly want to help. As with any place of employment, there are always one or two employees who don’t want to work in the same way or help the customer, but it is RARE that you find an employee who won’t drop what they are doing to help you. I work in customer service as well and I applaud these employees and their management teams. I wish there was an easier way to send a compliment up to corporate but I haven’t been able to find a way this far: I just would love to see credit given where it is clearly due.

Grooming cut both of my dogs ears. I noticed my dog constantly shaking her head. I called to ask what it could be they stated possibly water in her ear. 1 week later she is still shaking head and noticed 2 lumps on the tip of both ears with dried blood. I called again today (1 week later) the grooming manager offered me a appointment at there vet but had to be there soonest possible or couldnt be seen until August which is over a week away. I cant leave work at 3:30 to be there by 4. Nothing else was offered and didnt even get an apology. Don’t recommend bringing your pets here!

This was my first time coming to this groomer. This was the worst experience I had. They were very rude and inconsistent. It started with the call center when I called to make arrangements for my grand dog to get groomed. I was quoted the wrong price of $33 for a wash/cut. I called my son and told him that I had made the appointment for Russell, he said mom that price is wrong called them back. I called them back again and was told, that was the wrong price and not only was it the wrong price but they set up the wrong time for me and the 3 PM appointment was not available to me for the type of service that I needed. I was put on hold.for more than 10 minutes, the representative said that he called the store location and my appointment had to be changed to 10 AM on 5/10. I was not happy but agreed to the change. I received a phone call the next morning at 7:15 AM from Amaya with Pet Smart, she seemed very frustrated to begin with because I was scheduled incorrectly saying that the call center representatives do not know what they are doing and several complaints has been lodged against them, she said I needed to get Russell to their location by 8 AM. I told her that is cutting it close but she said that is all she had. I quickly rushed off the phone, took Russell out and gave him his breakfast, jumped in the car and went to Pet Smart. I met Amaya the groomer, I explain to her. He was very fearful, because the groomer at Petco cut him accidentally. So now he has PTSD. She assured me he would be OK and it would be no problem. I called Pet Smart two hours later to check on Russell to see how he was doing, I was told he is doing great. I received a phone call 15 minutes later stating that I had to come pick him up because he was being very aggressive and biting. I told the lady I had just spoke to someone who said he was doing great She acted as though I was making up a story and I couldn’t have possibly have spoken to anyone there. She put me on hold, Amaya picked up the phone and was talking to me, rushed and harsh, stating I needed to come pick him up per her manager due to his behavior. I was charged $54 for a wash and they didn’t even cut him. She was rude and condescending, she made me feel las if my grand dog was the worst. I feel like he wasn’t taken care of and he was not in good hands. She has no customer service skills at all I will never take my dog to this place ever. Amaya you need to learn what compassion and empathy is. This type of job is not for you and people should not entrust their fur babies with you.

They really helped me when I couldn't find my baby's food an wouldn't let me pay for it online so they held the last bag for me. Since it was in my shopping cart already. Thank you so much my boy's were happy. 😊🐹🐹
