Petco

Excellent grooming service, especially the deshedding done on our forever-shedding dog. Professional care, sensitive to our dog and very caring. I really like that the groomer likes and cares for our dog, which makes it so easy to leave him in the care of Petco for a few hours.

We took our somewhat independent 1 1/2 year Sheltie to Petco today for his 1st grooming via Maria, the groomer. Maria did an exceptional and over-the-top process in grooming him, as well as cutting and filing his nails, trimming his feeders, brushing his teeth, and from top to bottom he is a completely different dog. Excellent performance in grooming him! Thank you Petco!

I have been looking for a different, better dog food than you find at a regular store. I went to Petco and was looking around reading labels. A store associate asked me several times of I needed help and I Said no. After a bit of time, she came back and asked again. I told her what I was looking for and she directed me to an area that she thought would have what I was looking for and it did. She saved me a lot of time and I found dog food that was within my budget. The girl at the checkout was so nice and friendly. I had a great experience and will be back!

This Petco has the best selection and quality of saltwater and freshwater fish I’ve ever seen at a chain pet store. Great aquatics department!

The staff at Petco are always friendly & helpful. I had to return part of a repeat delivery order where none of my emails contained the order number. They were able to take care of me quickly and efficiently, and did so with a smile.

Quick in and out trip. Short lines at check out. Odd layout, wasn't sure where to go for dog leash stuff, other than that a great experience. Checkout person was super friendly and gave each pet some attention. Second visit update. I came in for fish this time. The Koi tank had one, but there were plenty of snails and plecos to choose from. The shrimp were very exotic looking a definite swing by section if you come in for other items.

This review is for the grooming salon; I am shocked at the service we have received at the salon. It's impossible to get a call back unless you call the main line and ask them to go get someone from the grooming salon. The last time we took our dog in, they wouldn't give her back because she wasn't dry, but they had our 30 lb pug for 4 hours. I have no idea why she wasn't dry, but I said, fine, I'll take her without her being dry, she hates the dryer anyhow, and the groomer said she wouldn't give her to me. I politely asked to speak with a manager, and then the groomer gave me my dog back. And apparently this is enough for "several of the groomers don't want to work with your dog because of the timeframe you want her back." OK. I guess I've been blacklisted from the grooming salon at Petco! Sheesh.

Simon was incredibly helpful in assisting me pick out fish, plants, and various aquatic products. His knowledge was extraordinary as was his attention to detail. Thanks Simon!

Scott at the store in Loveland is such an amazing help! He always has great customer service when I go in and he truly cares about helping!
