I needed my dogs nails clipped today, and was told I can walk- in and get them done. The associates were so good with her, and that makes me happy! I am glad I came here, and will in the future for her grooming needs!

This is a great store, with a broad range of pet goods that fit any budget. We just got a dog unexpectedly, and I was able to get everything I needed for this wonderful, beloved companion. And I could save on some things so I could buy better quality on other things. I also love the fact that I could talk to other pet lovers and learn from them. Great store, great staff, great opportunity to learn.

I bought 48 units of catfood and I had noticed that I was charged for 50 extra units of cat food. I tried to have this addressed but no one wanted to acknowledge the issue. I was charged for over $80 worth of product I never received, and everyone pretended like it didn't happen. I included the pictures of the product I purchased. the cat food sold in of 12, sets of 4.

I bought fish from here but could not return without a receipt. I have rewards here, unfortunately that day I bought the fish the clerk failed to ask for my phone number. So they had no record I purchased them and refused to take them back even after I told them I didn't want the refund or the fish. Definitely not going back.

Decent rewards program and they have good sales sometimes. A manager, store clerk, and cashier really went above and beyond to help us get set up with Guinea pig supplies using coupons that were difficult to process.

Graham helped us, checked us out, and was even having to deal with an irate customer. He was 100% cordial to her and offered her solutions to her concerns without emotions. Did a great job. Keep this guy around if you can, Petsmart!

Went here to go ask some questions about a few products picked up some cat litter air standard place clean smells decent they have a lot of fish a lot a lot of fish management was decently helpful they gave me some suggestions and other than that that's about it

My best place to go for my pets, babies needs. I love customer services, always kind and helpful.

Very helpful and knowledgeable crew at this location. There was a long line when I was there, but it moved quick and Alex who was working the register and was super friendly. Respect!
