PetSmart

Had to get some training pads for my new puppy and ended up finding her new favorite toy and chews that last her more than 5 minutes. I was in and out within a few minutes but will be back to check out their huge toy selection on payday

I have no complaints about the experience with the staff or products but I went to check out the cats for adoption - potentially offering to foster a senior and found their litter boxes were disgusting, their waste was all over there cage, one had a towel that was so soiled and the smell was horrifying. This seems like animal abuse and I hope that if they continue to house cats- this changes or no longer house them. I have 4 cats- (how many where there today) with a full time job, outside of working constant duties outside of home making and our 4 cats have plenty of time to get clean litter boxes cleaned and have clean materials. I’m in shock with what I saw- some had no padding in the cage and just dirty metal cage ground. I do want to follow up with calling Petco management and anybody who regulates clean and safe conditions for animals, there really is no excuse for those cages to ever be dirty plus plenty of resources for them to have beds and comfort

People at PetSmart are friendly and help find things that you can't find. They also help you to train your dog. You can adopt animals there like cats and dogs among other animals. Set appointment to get your dog wash and groomed.

These tanks need a deep clean, & refreshment. They’re covered in algae and it’s difficult to see the small selection this store has. The fish deserve to be treated better than this. Please step it up.

Kristen in the Grooming dept is amazing. She's kind and professional. I was wrong about my pups rabies due date and she wasn't angry at me for wasting her time. Absolutely a pleasure

Nice people, good sales. Thanks especially to the guy that suggested a cat toy for my mouse (since all the mouse stuff is edible), she has never loved anything more lol

Took my dog to get groomed and after almost 4 hours I get a call to pick her up and she’s been slightly trimmed and doesn’t even seem to have had a wash? Last time she went it was great and they asked if we wanted the same cut and we said yeah but idk what happened it’s like they got to her last min to complete the days schedule and barely did anything.

If you live on the south side of Loveland, this PetSmart is a good alternative to the one in the northeast part of town. The Longmont store seems to be slightly larger, and the parking lot is less busy. Also, it's usually well-stocked with everything we need to replenish.

Hamsters are being kept together in enclosures (which will lead to them killing each other) and there is mold in the hermit crabs enclosure. When brought to the staffs attention they made excuses and brushed me off. Disgusting.

Great employees when I was there. They tried to be helpful, but not enough workers. Took longer to get through check out.
