This place is way better than pet co. Seriously a different world. Pet co is a mess and doesn't have a good selection. Pet SMART on the other hand, great selection and service. I'll be going here for now.

Many dead fish today at Petsmart and one was agonizing. It's very sad. When I asked an employee what's going on. She said I'm sorry. I'll ask for a manager. It is a cruel sad life for them.

I made an appointment for grooming. Was not told at time of booking to expect 3 to 4 hours . Was not told that till drop off. Other than that. My dog looks amazing!!!

If you're looking for a dog trainer, look no further. Sean Perry is the real deal. We didn't know how to communicate with our dog that we ended up rescuing - he had severe separation anxiety, didn't know any basic commands, would get distracted by any and every noise. We took him to PetSmart out of desperation one day, booking private classes with Sean to start working on separation anxiety. Now we are in every class Sean offers. He is attentive and patient to the real problem in dog training, the humans ;) And is genuinely cares and loves our dog as much as we do. Our dog is more excited to see Sean than he is to see us! It's been less than six months and we have a completely different dog than we had when we first brought him in to learn how to communicate better with him. We are eternally grateful for Sean and the opportunity to learn from him.

Sean the dog trainer is great! He's helped my reactive dog so much. He is very kind and flexible. Highly recommended

Staff here is always friendly, but as a corporation, they abuse the pets they sell with poor habitats, and when they don't sell baby reptiles, they throw them out sometimes. Go to Petco. I only go to Petsmart if I have no alternative for some reason.

Love Tina in the grooming department. She's been grooming my doggie for a few years now and she does an awesome job!

Pet Smart was awesome when our 7lb Chiwienny was injured in the Store, not Banfield so much. PetSmart paid for the Emergency care for our dog to have part if his tail was caught in the groomer's door, after Banfield, our vet, in this store, refused to take care of our dog. PetSmart is awesome!
