I believe this location is constantly overwhelmed. I've been on hold for over 45 mins since 3pm, app never seems to work and has been down for several weeks now, medication that has been sent over is constantly missed. I've had medication pending for weeks and it's never filled until I show up in person, wait in line, ask if they received (they always receive) then wait another 2 hours for the fill. I'm not understanding.

I have just moved to CVS pharmacy for insurance reasons. Boy are they terrible. Super unhelpful and if you complain they just look at you with a slack-jawed stare. Clearly they don't know how to bill an insurance company. I am not totally convinced of their credentials. It was not just me... they had a hard time with every single person in front of me... I waited for 20 minutes just to pick up! And to top it off, the few times I have had to go have been painfully crowded. If I could go back to any other pharmacy in the city I would!!! Just awful!!

Michael in Pharmacy provided exceptional customer service over the phone today. He was helpful and thorough. This has not always been my experience here so I was very thankful for the positive interaction.

Worse customer service from CVS. Doctor sent prescription over before 2 pm. I went at 6 pm same day to pick up the needed antibiotics. I am told that it would be another hour to hour and half to fill. I went back next day at 1 pm and the prescription STILL WAS not filled. Had to wait for it to be filled. While waiting I noticed the pharmacists chatting and not working. Wish there was a closer CVS to switch my prescriptions to!!

We had this setup as our pharmacy and they dropped the ball way too many times. The last one we had a prescription for me that I had to get that day, they didn't have the one my plan covered, but they had a more expensive that I was ok to get. They refused to sell, even though my doctor sent a prescription for both, and said they were transferring it to another 24h CVS but once we got there it turns out they never did transfer. This store was now closed so I was not able to get my medicine.

Prescriptions never ready on time. When I showed up today an hour after opening time, there was a huge line and other guests kept walking up to me and asking why the pharmacy was closed down. I stopped answering after the first three and the pharmacy person was sitting outside waiting for the other pharmacist to arrive to open the location and gave me a lot of attitude when I was answering another guest as far as my lack of knowledge why they weren’t open. If it was easier to switch my prescription to another pharmacy I would’ve done it already and will do for any further fills. Save your time, money, energy, gas going to somewhere that has a decent system running.

Pharmacist told me she was too busy to fill my prescription. She suggested I go to the Target in Parker which was further from my home. I went to Centennial Walgreens and although they were very busy, they did fill my needed prescription!

I can’t say enough good things about the staff and the pharmacists here! I absolutely HATE having to walk through a store to get to a pharmacy BUT I won’t go anywhere else because they are amazing! They go the extra mile, are extremely helpful, very patient and kind, and they always make my day. Nina and Yocelyn are the best pharmacists ever. They will always have me as a customer. Thanks guys for taking such great care of me 💜

Wife needed an updated booster. Made appointment and wanted to call to make sure they had it, as I was driving from an hour away. Called at 10am was on hold for 90min and hung up on. Called again on hold for 30 min hung up on. Called again at 2pm (appointment is at 4 so trying to decide if we need to make the hour drive) on hold for an hour then hung up on. Arrived for appointment ——- “sorry no shots” would have saved me 2 hours and gas if someone just picked up the phone to answer a 15 second question. And they were really rude about it like we should have known.

Staff is extremely rude and will not listen cutting off customers before they can explain what's going on.. They did not fully fill one of my wife's narcotic prescriptions and now are refusing to do so. Think they pocketed them for themselves? Can't trust anybody these days, stay away from this place. And by the way they never feel prescriptions on time.
