King Soopers Pharmacy

I had a wonderful experience at the King Soopers Pharmacy on Broadway this morning. I spoke with a sweet young lady, Tara. She was Professional, friendly and handled my request with 5 Star satisfaction!! I had very little wait time and she took control and got me in and out in minutes!! I've never been happier. Thank you Tara! You made my day. Good Job

I stopped in to pick up a Covid test. They were not really easy to find at all, it was next to the counter behind the plexiglass. That’s fine, I have no problem with that – just point me in the right direction and I’ll get what I need. The pharmacy tech, although, was very, very rude, talking down to me like I should’ve known where they were. That’s BS.

Highlands Ranch/University: Med not ready when needed - doc ordered yesterday. Post op pain escalating. Husband in line over an hour now. Usually the staff are decent but this is ridiculous. Broadway/Mineral: prescriptions always screwed up, stuff are incompetent and rude. Go there for better prices. NOT worth it.

Came here for medication after being diagnosed with bronchitis. Waited in line to be told it would be another thirty minutes, which was fine. Came back 30 minutes later to then be told that they didn’t have my medication at all, okay. The lady at the desk called a few other King Soopers and none of them had it, I was then told if I wanted my medication that day I would need to call other pharmacies to find it and they would transfer my prescription to that location, fine. Spent 20 minutes calling around and was able to locate it, super fun process when you’re weak and not really able to speak. I then let them know where it was and was then told that I needed to call back the new pharmacy to call them in order to make the transfer, now I’m annoyed. They didn’t tell me that to begin with and to be honest they told me they would have my medication if I waited the 30 minutes to catch up, I worked retail for 15 years and I know that’s not the way to handle that situation. When I confronted them about it, there was no apology, instead the head pharmacist called over and transferred the prescription like they said they would but not without acting super angry. I’m sorry I chose to give them my business to begin with, I won’t do it again.

James in the Deli is amazing! We needed sandwich platters earlier in the day and he made it happen. Thank you for going above and beyond James. You ROCK!

The pharmacist (I believe her name was Dr. Leigh) and the pharmacy technician (I did not get her name) tonight were amazing!! I came in around 8:30pm (they close at 9pm) to get a prescription filled for my dog, and they were so nice and friendly and filled my prescription even though it was almost closing time! Thank you so much!

Was visiting from Steamboat Springs co! I just so happen to forget my blood pressure medicine two and a half hours away ! The pharmacy, located at Broadway and Mineral me enough for the last 3 days I was visiting! Great the pharmaceutical team knew the importance, of maintaining blood pressure keeping under control ! Maybe not as convenient as Rite-Aid across the street, but a heck of a lot cheaper. Their hours are somewhat limited which makes it a pain to pick up prescriptions during the week.

The girl at the front desk and the pharmacist were both very helpful and efficient! Great experience

They're very sensitive to how many people are in line. They're VERY helpful and offer additional resources if they can't answer my questions for some reason.
