Walmart Pharmacy

The pharmacy on Mason in Fort Collins is great! They are very professional and very quick to get to customers. I have watched the interaction with others ahead of me and the interaction supersede a 5*. They are very caring with each customer! The Pharmacy staff takes time to interact with all customers regardless of the situation. I can’t emphasize enough the care and attention they give! Has me laughing at times. They connect with each individual like they are family! You can’t ask for a better pharmacy! Thank you to all the staff! Keep up there great service you provide! You are changing lives and making each customer feel special! Your service is priceless!

Something happened here and the whole new staff is now different aside from one or two head Pharmacists. They used to know me on a first name basis, kept my specific refills in stock, and would take the time to call me whenever an issue came up with one of my medications or refills that I needed. The new staff does none of this. Refill times are noticeably longer as well. They don't seem to want to be as helpful or as friendly as the previous pharmacy staff. Every single medication I refill, I have to wait so the new pharmacist can go over every medication REFILL with me every time. I've been taking these same meds for years - I don't need an explanation of what THEY ARE every time I refill. Give me my meds and met me move along. It's unfortunate the great staff has left. This is just an everyday, basic Walmart pharmacy now - no personalized experience and nothing to brag about. Wondering what happened to all the great staff...? I'd love to transfer all my scripts to where ever they went to.

I love the pharmacy technicians. Always willing to help and get you taken care of. Had one staff member who was new give me attitude on one occasion and was totally rude and counterproductive but never seen her again on any of my trips to the pharmacy
