Positives-the women helping at this store were very nice. Negatives-I don't know who the buyer is for Lane Bryant anymore, but there is literally nothing here with a style younger than my 80 yr old mother. I do not want any of these clothes. Went to Kohl's and found 6 items that were nicer. I used to like clothes here, but last 3 years they just don't carry anything other than horizontal stripes or flower patterns.

I've found a few items that I love and were priced accordingly. If you catch the sales, you can always find at least one good piece. The sales on under garments are amazing and they tend to carry large bust sizes.which are hard to find.
Stopped in to see what was on sale, as there were signs about the big sale in the windows. Picked out a couple items under one of the sale signs and it doesn't ring up in sale. I was fine with it, asked the ladies if they could show me which items in that section were on sale and they said no. It's really just a guess. Pretty useless sale if even your employees don't know what's on sale. So I left.

I have shopped at Lane Bryant for 30+ years. Today going into the Loveland store was the worst experience ever. No one greeted us, except with dirty looks. The women working there were so rude...two of them looked me in the eye, glared and turned away. Not one of them asked if we needed help...I will never shop there again, and will be canceling my credit card.

Stars deducted because one employee (brace on arm) was awful. The lady (military spouse, Karla?) that assisted me was 5-star! Friendly, fast & knowledgeable! SO so patient & kind! Clean, quiet & well organized store (prices are ridiculous as always lol). Thanks a bunch, blessings!

Went in this afternoon and was very disappointed by the customer service. In the past everyone was always so helpful, but this time we weren't even welcomed in or asked if we needed help until we were almost ready to leave. There were some dirty looks from staff which is so disappointing. I don't think we will be back.

I haven't been there, I was at Marshalls. I ,strongly suggest anyone to expect the worst of everything with Marshall's. I think their employees are just terrible. Anyway that was my experience at the Loveland CO store. Not much selection. But I won't go there ever again. But the Longmont store puts them then to shame. Kindness and customer care, makes this store in Longmont worth the trip.

If I could leave a no star review I really would. About a year ago I came to this store to find items that made me feel comfortable and confident when I arrived to the store. The employees were great until one ask how far along I was when being fitted for a bra... tried to laugh it off but it destroyed my self confidence hadn't been back since. I went back today hoping for a better experience but did not get that. From the moment I walked I was treated as if I was wasting the employees time. I asked to be measured since I lost weight and was told by the first employee that " she wasn't good at it so I needed to wait for another member of staff" which fine by me I'd like to be measured correctly so I appreciate the honesty. After measured I asked for some input and received very little help. The employees had poor attitudes as if I was below them or didn't belong. What I'm assuming is the manager was yelling at another staff member quite rudely infront of my fiance loudly enough for him to hear clearly. I remember lane Bryant being a friendly place where you got lots of help and support. Guess those are the old days. Customer service...awful...friendliness no such thing. Won't be going back.

Found a great bra that fits due to me having smx on my right side last September.
