The salesperson named Melissa gave us a upbeat fun shopping experience. Would recommend this store to anyone

I have to give it to these gals, they are always so happy to help get you in just what you are looking for and they do it without trying to oversell. The store is always well organized and staffed. I love how often they get new stuff in. They are also always ao happy to hear about why you need a special outfit then they make sure to leave feeling great in whatever you found. This is an awesomeness store for women of all sizes and ages, which is rare!

I have an 11 year old daughter who is large for her age and very difficult to buy clothes for. She wears a size 10 shoe and is broad in the shoulders. She HATES shopping and it’s rough taking her. Melissa and Jenn were AMAZING!! My daughter left with tons of clothes and felt great about herself and her outfits. While we were ready to throw in the towel, here came these two to save the day. We went in frustrated and left with smiles! Thanks, ladies, for making my daughter feel special!

Just hurtful! I am a frequent Maurice’s shopper and I went into this location today in search of some work clothes. During my 30 minute shopping experience, I had one person (the only gentleman working in the store) ask if he could help me with anything. The other associates working at that time watched me as I went back and forth from the dressing room grabbing different sizes and items for myself. Once out of the dressing room I continued to shop around and listened to those same associates interact and help the other customers in the store, but never me. It is not an issue that I had to grab my own sizes and items. The issue is that not every customer in this store was treated equally, which is just hurtful. I know that retail can be very busy and overwhelming at times. However, this was not the case today. I will think twice about shopping at this store again. It doesn’t take much effort to be kind!

That was the best customer service I've had shopping in so long. Thank you kindly to the nice gentlemen and the sweet lady working at this location for your kindness, support and customer service skills you both rock!!!! I hope your boss appreciates you as much as I do! I was here1/18/2022 around closing time. Sorry I didn't catch your names but because of you I will be back! :-)

Everytime I come in, the staff is SOOO wonderful! Melissa is especially sweet and helpful! I have almost exclusively bought my wardrobe from Maurices for years, and I intend to continue as long as I can pull off the fabulous styles!

I had such a great experience shopping at Maurices. Taylor and Alaysha were the best employees I’ve ever seen work at a retail store. They were attentive, fun, and made everyone feel super comfortable! I left with the most clothes I ever had shopping, because they knew exactly how to style me to fit my body type! I left feeling confident and ready to take on the world. Thanks ladies!!!

Staff was so helpful! Great prices on beautiful styles of the season. Love the colors and so many soft fabrics! Clean dressing rooms.

Carissa the store leader is phenomenal! She is super sweet and goes out of her way to make you feel special. She and her team give good feedback on fit and sizing and helped me pick out a few cute outfits that were my style! Love love love this store’s staff and will be returning in the future!
