Johanna was so very helpful! I’ve been looking for a specific kind of shoe and she was so dedicated to making sure I knew my size and even helping me order them online if i needed. She had amazing customer service and i just had to leave a review. Thank you Johanna! :)

Me and my wife went to Flat irons mall looking for shoes but one problem couldn't find any until I went to Foot Locker. Awesome experience the cashier was professional on helping me find the shoe I need his name is Davari we will be back perfect customer service.

My son wears size 13 and has wide feet. We constantly struggle to find shoes his size. I am pretty sure that George went in the back and got every pair of size 13 they had. He was patient, friendly, knowledgeable, helpful. Kid got the shoes he needs and I could not be happier with the service that was provided. Will try here first from now on.

I went in today looking to get the new dunks that had just been released in the footlocker store. I had called before I even went in to verify they sold them and knew someone who had went in and got them a little earlier than I did so I knew they sold them in the store. When I walked in I spoke to Albert and asked him if they had those shoes in a certain size. Right away he was very rude and declined me, so I told him I called and he just snarked back saying they didn’t have them so I left. On my way out the door I heard him say they do have them but they thought I was just going to resell them. Just because the way I looked they refused to sell me the shoes. I never even knew you could turn down a customer and lie like that! Very disappointed, if I could leave 0 stars I would.

If I could give them zero stars I would! How completely disappointing it was to walk into this store. There were no customers in the store. There were 3 young men working in the store when I walked in. Not one greeted me! Not one of them asked me if I needed any assistance. An older gentleman walked in shortly after me and he was immediately greeted and assisted! Well I thought he was speaking to me since I was there first for at least 2 minutes. When the older gentleman left. I said to the young man I'm sorry I thought you were talking to me. He answered (No that's okay)Wow! Why is this? Is it because I'm a woman? Or is it because I'm a black woman? Either way shame on you! Needless to say I will not step foot in this store again.

I had the best experience exchanging my merchandise for the first time in a long while. I understand that during this time of crisis we can all have a lot of stress but the manager at the store was very sweet and pleasant, she took the time to hear me out and made every effort to accommodate my needs. This foot locker has the best staff and wonderful manager, wish other places had this type of customer and manager service.

Store is always clean and welcoming and well merchandised with friendly employees and nice environment. Did the receipt survey. Just wanted to make sure Kendall and Bella got recognition for great customer service and giving a great in store experience.
