I like this place because you walk around in your house in your new shoes 👞 and if you decide you don't like them after 89 days you can return them with a receipt within 90 days for a full refund just dont wear them outside tho 😉-RSB

After a very disappointing transaction with DICK’s I called and a young lady by the name of Makayleah verified that they had the shoe I wanted in the correct size and put them aside for me. Upon arriving to the store, she could clearly tell that I was the guy looking for the shoes. She was very polite, helpful, and her customer service was top notch. GIVE HER A RAISE!!

Not sure how this places claims to be a "discount" shoe warehouse. Their prices are higher than any retailer. I was told by an employee in the store that they would price match, although they could only price match with another store in town, not amazon. I thought that was great so when I was ready to go in and make my purchase the lady at the counter then advised me they don't price match with other discount stores ( I as trying to get a price match with Famous Footwear) I'm sorry, but isn't DSW already supposedly a discount store? Don't tell people you price match if you don't. I'll take my business elsewhere where I'm not getting gouged from the get-co.

Bought some super cute shoes for a formal. They have a wide selection. The prices are moderate. Probably one of the best places in the Springs to find a wide variety of women's shoes.

Awesome deals and no pressure to buy from sales staff. I ended up with more shoes than I needed but if the price is right than why not?! I didn't have a line when checking out and was super happy with my experience. Great job DSW! Update 8/26/2022: Still the same great experience. Lots of good deals on shoes and a comfortable shopping experience

There's a lot of shoes here. The staff is friendly and helpful. Wish the front door was bigger. Feels like I'm entering a liquor store. Found the shoes I needed. Very happy with my purchase.

I would give a 5 but I went there because on Facebook it showed certain shoes that I loved. Went to my local DSW and they didn't have 1 pair of the 5 I intended to buy. Let sad and empty handed

If I could give more than 5 stars I would. The manager and the sweetest employee (Im sorry if you’re reading this but I didn’t get your name. You will know who you are ❤️) Went above and beyond for me this evening.. I came in because I started a new job and didn’t have shoes for work. I attempted to use my Afterpay and it kept declining for some reason. I had the money in the account for it but it just wouldn’t work. The employee just sat so patiently with me and listened to me talk about how bad my day had gone already and how I’ve been emotional all evening etc. I couldn’t get Afterpay to work so I finally gave up because to be honest I couldn’t afford any of the shoes without Afterpay anyways. I went out to my car and called a family member who sent me enough to buy the shoes. I came back inside and asked the manager how much it was with taxes and he gave me a discount so I could afford the shoes and told me it was one of the best parts about being a manager. I couldn’t help but cry. I honestly lost it at the register because this is the first good thing I feel like has happened to me today. After he finished my sale the sweet employee asked if she could hug me and pray for me. I’ve never really been religious but I don’t think she will ever understand how much that meant to me. I’m extremely grateful for my experience with this company tonight. If the manager and employee who helped me tonight ever read this- Thank you for everything. ❤️

Very friendly staff and even better customer service. I found exactly what I needed in minutes. The selection is wide. You can find just about any type of shoe no matter the season! I highly recommend thus location. DSW carries quality shoes too! Love this store.
