Don’t shop here! When I visited, I was followed around the store by a heavy set, older, African-American male employee. Everywhere I turned, he was right there watching my every move, while pretending to “adjust” merchandise. He did not greet me nor ask if I needed any assistance. The idiot only glared at me as if I was nothing more than a common thief. This is truly disgusting! I came into that store, ready to spend plenty of money on summer outfits. However, I felt so uncomfortable that I left before purchasing everything I needed to. I went next door to Old Navy and was greeted warmly and made to feel welcomed. This Nordstrom Rack has really gone down hill regarding their customer service. They will never get another dime of my money!

Love coming here, always find something interesting and at a great deal. Fitting rooms are always organized and clean. Check out is always a breeze. Great selection!

Great location. It's conveniently located in the same plaza as Best Buy, Carters and Whole Foods... Just across the street from Chapel Hills Mall. It's a pretty big store with lots of options and brands to choose from. They have everything from sunglasses to jeans, suits, socks, shoes, sporting wear and accessories like pocket squares and tie clips. The dressing rooms are clean and well attended to. The staff is always friendly and, most of all, you the uality of Nordstrom brands at a discounted price.

Enjoyed looking at their clothing. Definitely try the clothes before buying. Reasonable prices. Found a few items that are versatile to wear from every day to casual.

AWFUL! Avoid this location at all costs. Terrible customer service, feels as though this location is in rough shape.

Don't waste your time here. I've come here a few times looking for discounted kids clothes and the items are definitely not the same quality. The kids area is a mess so good luck finding anything. My son wore the shoes I purchased there twice and the toe seam is completely torn. I asked the manager for store credit and was told no, because they had been worn. Definitely not shopping here anymore.
